I went there to get the Loaded Italian and it was not good. I received an old sandwich. It was disgusting and I couldn’t even eat it. I ordered sweet tea and idk what liquid they put in the cup but I threw it out bc it was not drinkable. It tasted like cleaner and sewer. Absolutely disgusting!! Very disappointing as I was looking forward to an Italian sandwich. Will never visit there again.

Me and my boyfriend have been to this arbys twice in the past week and his food has been completely stale. He orders a #1 combo and each time something has been wrong with the bread. I went back and asked to have his sandwich switched due to the bread being stale and rock hard, when i looked through the drive theough window every sandwich that is on the menu is already pre-made sitting under the heat lamp. Whenever you work in fast food/ restaurant service it is mandatory all food be made fresh so less sickness’s occur! I’ve personally worked in the food industry my whole life and any time there was an issue it was a violation which led to an inspection! I understand the reasoning on pre-making the food because there is only ever one person working there but the company should put out “help wanted” signs and maybe try to get more workers!

My husband ALWAYS orders xtra xtra xtra xtra onion on his roast beef sandwiches…. we never received it until last night! I even told them I’d pay for it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. This was around 9pm in the drive thru. Thanks night crew for making my husband’s day after his surgery!! We will be back!

Ordered online and picked up the order. Had someone else in our family grab it due to convenience. Unfortunately, this person didn’t check the order, and we ended up missing both AU Jus cups for the two French dips we purchased. Very disappointing, come back and get them, I was told. It’s a 20 min drive one way to get there, not about to spend 40 min for something that should have been in the order in the first place. No other solution offered. We won’t be returning.

My bottom bun is hard as a rock. I called. She said yeah new buns and we tried to run them through the toaster to soften it up. Seriously Arby’s. I suggested let the customer know 1st then maybe I’d have ordered chicken. Now I’ll just not come back.
