The li e worker said he could not swap beef for turkey and every arbys we eat at will do it except this guy here got a attitude. We spent over 25 bucks my wife had tp settle fpr a turkey slider in stead of a full size sandwhich my daugjters chicken tenders were burnt and fries cold. Thos is our 3rd bad visit here. And im not going to ask for my order to be replaced when the coom was the one that served up garbage. Its a shame how this place has gone dowm hill the lobby has signs everywhere tables pulled out lime they closimg and its only 730 pm maybe if the cook was not on his phone he wouldnt have burnt the chickin

Overall the food was not bad though average at best. Where things fall short is the staff’s inability to keep up with anything beyond five orders at a time. Had ordered ahead on the app and waited about five minutes before even leaving my home. When I arrived about ten minutes after the order was placed they told me itd be about another ten minutes. That my order had not even been started. I waited the ten minutes as requested and was told again itd be another ten minutes. I went inside where the dayshift manager was cursing loudly and stormed out. There were customers and kids present who could hear this. His employees were calling him worthless and seemed to be struggling due to his inability to help. Absolutely appalling behavior from a manager.

We spent almost 40 dollars, asked for fresh mozzarella and spicy chicken deluxe. Needed to wait like 15 to 20mim because they forgot my sandwich and needed to wait extra time! But I don’t care much about the time, I’m freaking upset because they putted a bunch of sauce on my sandwich, and the kitchen lady said “wasn’t on my screen” so she got upset about it and look what I got!!

Came way from Georgia and stopped here in the snow and the staff treated me with the southern hospitality I’m use to. Shoutout to the 8pm crew on 12/13! Food was great too! Try the streak bites for sure.

Customer service was decently fast. Food was fresh; fries where not as fresh but good though. Sliders are consistent and fresh, the new Mac’n Cheese ball were delicious but for $3.99 and you get 4 cheese balls is absolutely a RIP OFF‼️ The taste was great but the prices doesn’t match the amount. Corporate needs to change that … make it $3.99 for 6-7 pieces at least. And lastly the a damn small drink is a medium now? No freaking way… that’s another rip off.

Thus has to be the slowest Arby’s in Indiana! I waited twenty minutes behind a guy at the window, saw no employees check in or anything, while they did whatever the heck inside. When I finally hit my food, the mozzarella sucks were lukewarm and our sandwiches were cold!!!!

So i see the owner answers this. Look the dining room is filthy but the three employees were doing there best. Food was marginal, was out of certain drinks and food on a Friday night. Just shut the place down. If you as an owner can’t get enough help or pay enough to keep the restaurant clean, then just shut it down. You as owner are responsible for the condition of the restaurant and the lack of help. Btw, the south door of the restaurant was locked and we had to walk around to the other door. Do Edinburgh and the Outlet malls a favor and close it down or sell it to a more responsible owner
