I used a coupon to purchase an arby’s roast beef, medium fries and medium coke for $6.53 with tax. What a deal!!! The service was awesome and quick. The person behind the counter was pleasant and polite. I was there at 1:45. The atmosphere great. The dining area was fairly clean and quiet. As I am writing this review, a person is cleaning the dining area. Kudos to this Arby’s location. Keep it up and I will come back for sure.

Haven’t been to an Arby’s in years, had a cpn so thought would check it out.
This location had fast and very friendly service. Our food was out before we even made our drinks!!! All of it was hot and fresh!
I had read a review that said only a Cpl pcs meat on his sandwich. Well, ours was opposite of that!! We had the classic roast beef, not only was it fresh, but lots of it!! Was perfect! My mom and I said we will definitely be back!!!

I usually stop in for a ham and cheese slider and two potato cakes and it’s a decent meal for me but there was not even enough ham on this slider to cover the bottom of the bun. In essence had a bread sandwich with a hint of ham and a third of a slice of Swiss cheese.

I heard about the secret menu item the meat mountain, I went through the drive through a few days ago and asked about it and was told they do have it, today I was in the area again and decided to go to the same Arby’s and order it but when I tried I was then told they don’t serve that. I explained that I had been told a few days prior that they did but then the worker told me that was a different shift and the manager that was there now wouldn’t serve it. I’m not really sure how different shift managers decide what to sell but I can say they definitely lost a customer.

I know staffing is hard for businesses these days and I greatly sympathize to a point; where I draw the line is flopping on basic social responsibility by a restaurant to put out something one wants to eat. I’m getting my appetite back in the middle of Covid isolation, and my first Arby’s Wagyu burger without tomato seemed like a bright spot. What I received was crooked slop with tomato pitched in a wrapper; the burger center was mealy compared to its edges, and I moved through a share of napkins while hoping not to get gut bubbles later. Everybody has their stories of fast food gone wrong. I just have to say who is ok with giving what’s in my included photo to the public? Apparently, attendants at the Avon Arby’s. Have we sunk so low that exchanging hard-earned-inflated money for trash is no big deal? Automation in this industry can’t come fast enough. I suppose one of my purposes writing this particular review is to warn customers: take the slight inconvenience and check your drive through order. On the flip side you’ll have to gridlock back through line. Especially since no dining room service was available today for those who would be able to access. While I’ll eventually eat at Arby’s again, the Wagyu burger is a burned bridge. **just a follow up to Arby’s response: I filled out their “We Make it Right” form per their request. They responded with an Email apology and promise of some sort recompense. 2 weeks later, I received a standard apology letter and gift card for free meal.

The location and the atmosphere was very nice. The restaurant was clean and the staff was very nice. Unfortunately the roast beef sandwiches and curly fries were on the cold side. I am assuming we were eating lunchtime leftovers since we showed up just after lunch hours. We did have mozzarella cheese sticks and they were perfect.

I am always pleased with the food and variety of meals at Arby’s. Gyro with Greek meat is pretty good. Maybe not as good as a place that specializes but still good. The burgers are great. Roast beef and chicken options very good.
