⚠️ Consumer Warning ⚠️

I recently had a very concerning experience at Arby’s. While eating a gyro, I bit down on a bread tie that was inside the food, which resulted in a chipped tooth with blood. Assistant manager witnessed it. I have attempted to contact management but have not received any response or assistance regarding this matter.

Food safety should always be a top priority, and I hope the situation is addressed promptly so no one else experiences something similar. If I do not hear back soon, I will be pursuing this through the proper legal channels to resolve it.

I am sharing this so others are aware and can make informed decisions. I’ll be protesting out front soon with local Church and Veterans!!

Food was really good however whoever’s working in the drive-through. I don’t know if he’s special-needs or not kind of sounded like it is extremely rude doesn’t listen and when you tell him, hey that order is not correct. He just gets extremely angry and read with you. he definitely shouldn’t be working in the drive-through or face-to-face customer service.

Electric rock music not my fave.
Cashier delayed taking order, talking with another staff person. Seemed work related.
Quality of classic roast beef has changed.

Went to the drive through and ordered the Arby’s Super and the classic. My wife really enjoyed the chocolate milkshake. We were prepared to offer our german shepherd Mason dog treats in case he wasn’t noticed. Not only was he noticed, he was gifted the largest pup cup I’ve ever seen. The staff was courteous and happily bestowed extra western dressing for the sandwich. We’ll worth the drive as we live in the boondocks and any trip out for a meal is an adventure.

Usually we have really good friendly service at this location, but today was the worst. I understand completely they were abnormally busy, which is fine and we don’t mind to wait. But we were told twice someone would be with us and we stood at the counter for over 20 minutes. They gentlemen working the line told the lady for the second time to help us, she got all mad and said they will have to just wait they are fine (really loudly). At the point of him telling her the second time there was no one in line to collect their food. Most places will apologize for the wait, but not here today. I have worked fast food before for years so I get it, but to be that rude was wrong on so many levels.

There are coupons and deals available by flyers etc and when an elderly man was ordering his food there was confusion over a ‘meal deal vs sandwich only. The line was backing up as the clerk argued/explained the offer. The 80+ year old man was frustrated and I was ready to leave when some of us said to just make him happy. Then the clerk took care of things. That man had several places where he could have spent his $35 but he chose Arby’s.
Take Away: An Arby’s in my own neighborhood is now closed and it was always a battle to place an order and we were always made to feel like we were an inconvenience to the employees- Now they are closed. Do you see a pattern here?
Forget coupons. Lower your price to what you can absorb and keep your customers happy. Otherwise you will become a relic.

Great staff, food was made fast and very good. I wish they had more of a Vegitarian option than salad and French fries.
