I came through around 12:30am, the customer service and food was a 10/10. White fella with long hair and glasses was amazing! Fries so fresh, I had to let them cool down. Will be back!

Really missed the mark. Purchased an order with four medium fries and received four small fries. Those small fry containers were barely filled. See picture. Sandwiches were slapped together with minimal care or desire to please the customer. The manager on duty was lukewarm in personality.
You have a chance to create an order and moment where the customer is happy they chose your food establishment amongst the dozen around you. That happy experience creates an enthusiasm to return over going to the other establishments. Treating the customer as though they are just one of many in your meat grinder of a shift eventually will leave your drive thru empty, seats empty, and doors closed. There are too many places around you who are cheaper and provide the same level of experience if not better.

Didn’t seem to excited 2 B working or in taking my order, not talkative or engaging, been over 40 years since I had Arby’s. The meat didn’t look very appealing, almost looked mundane, will I stop again, NO! Fries were warm, best thing about the meal waz the Sprite, because it was a hot day.

Went tonight for some sliders and fries, unfortunately ALL my food was cold and hard. Very gross I will not be coming back. The fries were definitely recooked and old the chicken was old and placed on sliders buns. Never again.

My wife and I just happened to be out there and we decided to get some food.
It’s Arby’s, we like Arby’s.
Ho-Lee (insert word of your choice)! We didn’t know Arby’s was supposed to taste like THIS.
Everything tasted GREAT. The mozzarella sticks had the perfect blend of consistency, texture, cheese-pull, and flavor. Nothing was “double- dipped” (re-frying previously cooked food to reheat), the burger was phenomenal, and as basic a sandwich at it is, the French dip was on POINT.
Only thing I’m unhappy about is that it’s not closer to me.

Food was delivered quickly and hot. Shake machine was working this time. One sandwich was short on the meat but still good. Food quality is what you have come to expect from fast food chains. Radio was a little loud but at least the music was not bad. Floor is either dirty or old. The restaurant does have dirty odor to it but I think it’d because of the age of the restaurant and old carpet. Service staff was friendly … which is a big change for this place. Changes are definitely happening here.

I wish I could have left a better review but unfortunately service here sucks and so does the food if they are busy and it’s peak hour. I came through on a busy Wednesday evening and was shorted on my change back. I didn’t notice until I was already home and I didn’t want to go back. The cashier also argued with me and told me she had given me back the correct change; I had to tell her she didn’t and remind her of the bill that was given to her. Also it was very busy at the time and the food was mid at best. Definitely not hot like it should be. I came back through recently and told them about my experience and asked if I could get a discount or something towards my meal and I was told no flat out. No “sorry” nothing. To be honest they didn’t seem to care. I don’t recommend coming here during peak hours unless you are okay with mid food and cold food. I also highly recommend you make sure you are getting the right change back. Customer service here is terrible!

Tell the young lady in the drive through to get a better attitude. Was nothing but kind to her. Said please and thank you over and over. No smile. No hello. No have a good day. Shoved my food in my hand and shut the window. Yeah it’s fast food she probably doesn’t like her job but no need to push your negative attitude onto others

It’s a hit or miss with this Arby’s but when the older woman who is a manager I wish I knew her name is working you can guarantee the food and service will be done correctly and fresh! She does an outstanding job and the food and service only seem to be great when she’s working, so shout out and thank you to her! Arby’s you have a very dedicated manager who does a great job and she shouldn’t go unnoticed in your big corporation! Workers like her are hard to find!
