On this occasion everything was on point. Thanks to Mariah the manager my food was hot and fresh. I truly appreciate the care and concern that all comes together to make a delicious meal.

Ordered a Gyro meal with a drink and cheese sticks along with an order of the new steak bites to try. Steak bites are okay, and always love the gyro’s there…got my marinara but no cheese sticks. Tried calling the number listed and only got a fax machine and not able to reach them.

Came here about a week ago with my girlfriend and received great service from a nice white lady at the window very kind and considerate even asked how much of each sauce i wanted. My girlfriend went today expecting the same tone of service that was set last time and received the opposite, im not sure if the specific lady at the window today was just having a bad one or what but it seems that maybe some brushing up of consistent customer service needs to be done

05.31.2025 @4:45pm No one at counter for 3-4min. Roast beef was only slightly warm and buns falling apart. I’m 90% sure the potato cakes where old and reheated in the fryer. They where very hot but super greasy and the outside was tough. Tables and floors needed cleaned. Drink and condiment station severely needed some attention. 1 employee spent most the time we where there on his phone or outside… on his phone. The 1st spot near the door was taken by an employee because we where the only ones in the dinning room. *Men’s bathroom did appear clean.* One of the top 5 WORST Arby’s experiences I’ve had.
