2 years later and the food is still terrible. Fries were nearly cold and old tasting. Tenders weren’t very good either. Idk why I tried again. I’ve been to other locations and don’t remember having problems. It’s in a busy area I don’t know why the food would be old tasting for a meal that certainly isn’t cheap.

The worst experience I had ordered the five piece chicken strip meal and everything was burnt. I did not ask for well done and it tastes like Old grease ordered crinkle fries it looks like they refried them Soggy and greasy and burnt mozzarella sticks we’re burn well done! The food taste it and look terrible overall That’s taking 20 bucks down the drain! For me! Had to go elsewhere to get my Kids to eat!

Absolutely worst Arby’s ever. Always forgets sauces & cheese sauce. Not to mention they forgot Arby’s sauce and cheese sauce on a freaking BEEF NAD CHEDDAR!!! incompetent is an understatement, not to mention they don’t even have an active phone number that you can call and complain.
