It’s usually not packed inside, but the drive-thru is busy at mealtime. The food tastes good, but the addition of man-made chemicals have completely destroyed the Fast Food market.

Have stopped at this location several times. Service is quick, food hot and area is clean inside. Drive thru is busy at lunch but appears to move varily quickly. Shakes n turnovers are fresh and good.

Usually good this time just wasn’t it. I don’t mind waiting a little bit I understand things happen but this was ridiculous. There was an order in the drive that they were taking care of that waited 12 minutes before they got pulled. I was the only person in the lobby at the time and had to wait 15 minutes before I could place my order even tho an employee tried to take my order and the manager told him to wait the guy in the drive was more important. They get my food dropped which consisted of a gyro, honey mustard wrap, chicken tender, some fries and potato cakes. They told me it would be a five minute wait on fresh tenders I said again that is no problem I understand how the food industry works and I’m a patient person. The reason I’m writing this is at 5 minutes the tenders come up and the manager gave 3 of my tenders out to the car that was pulled to make it right for them. Again that’s awesome for them well now I have to wait for 3 more fresh tenders for my now 2 getting cold tenders and my honey mustard wrap. Now by the time my food is about done some family of one of the employees walks up to the counter and gets a discount just for being family. Finally 15 minutes after I placed my order and a total of 30 minutes after I arrived I get my half cold food. At the full cost and with nothing to make it right. Id give lower but I understand this isnt the standard and I’m not looking for compensation at this point I just won’t stop in again.

Constantly very average. The food usually tastes like it’s been out a while, and the service seems like they just want you to leave as quickly as possible. It’s okay, I guess, but definitely not the best Arby’s.

Burger was raw, called to tell them it was. And their reply was that’s how they cook them! I told her I won’t eat my dinner like that, it grosses me out. She then told me next time I come in to ask for it to be well done!!!! Realizing they wasn’t going to make it right with me I told her I will no longer order from there. She said have a good night! What the heck! Well I’d hate to have to wait while they made it well done cause I sat in lane forever waiting on my food while I watch them do closing chores like fill napkins only when they noticed me looking thru window did gal get my food together. Very disappointed!

Good location. Good stuff. Never had any major issues. One time I went through the drive and they were getting a delivery. The truck was still running and they heard my order wrong. Wanted the chicken bacon Swiss, and got a turkey Swiss by accident. Not a big issue at all cause of the noise.
