I am tired of getting cold or lukewarm food. I shouldn’t have to ask for a hot sandwich. Am I supposed to ask for a hot/warm sandwich when I order it? Are there no company expectations? You get back the energy you put out into the world. Why not put forth some effort?

Parking lot is nice and clean. Thank you morning crew! I seriously have not had a better experience at Arby’s. Quick ordering quick service. My food was hot!! Potatoes cakes were freshly cooked. My sandwich was wrapped so perfect and freshly made nice and hot!!! I’ll give Arby’s props for still offering a nice breakfasts for around 7 dollars. Morning crew I hope you get the recognition you deserve!

Ordered food through the drive through with 2 meals. Pulled up to the window and paid but was only handed one meal with 2 drinks. Pulled around and went inside to let them know and the manager said everything was handed over. We assured her only one meal was handed to us as we showed her the bag. She said she could make another meal but we would have to pay for it again. Long story short we walked out with a $12 coke and no food. Do better Arby’s!
