Food was awesome.
Person at the register messed up my BOGO coupon. She called the manager over and he agreed I was right. This caused the timing to be slow and my food was slow to come out.
Food was hot and tasty. This restaurant is along i-75 we were traveling so timing was important. This is why they got a low score.

This Arby’s seriously sucks. Always super slow but tonight I placed my order ahead & still had to wait 35 minutes for my food which was “not ready yet” but was cold when they gave it to me.?? The workers are usually pretty rude here but the lady on drive through tonight at 6 needs a serious attitude adjustment. Definitely not coming back here

I ordered a family meal, two beef and cheddars, 4 curly fries, 4 sliders, and a 6 piece mozzarella stick. They attempted to stuff it all in one bag, and this is what my sliders looked like after we unburied them.

Rather shocked on how great my experience was. All my food was fresh, including the waffle fries. My jamocha shake was so full it was oozing out the top. Also, the guy who gave me my food noticed I had other fast food trash and offered to take it to make room for theirs. Nice work!
