I recently visited the Arby’s in South Point and ordered two French Dip Sandwiches, a menu item I’ve been enjoying for years. Unfortunately, this experience was extremely disappointing.
It had been a few months since my last visit, and the change in quality was immediately noticeable. The bread used for the sandwiches was so dry that it was nearly inedible. In addition, the sandwich itself has noticeably shrunk—almost half the size it used to be—while the price has increased.
Longtime customers expect consistency, especially with a classic item like the French Dip. The combination of reduced portion size, higher cost, and significantly lower quality is unacceptable. Regrettably, this experience has ensured that I will not be returning.

I ordered two fish sandwiches in the drive thru. The girl working the window handed me the bag and rudely shut the window. I waited several minutes for her to return because she didn’t give me any napkins. The fish filets were dark brown so I guess they don’t change their oil when needed. I will definitely take my business elsewhere. It’s easy to do better.

There was a long line in the drive through – BUT it was late so most of the other restaurants were closed and there were only 2 people working inside so the wait wasnt a problem.
In fact the young man working in the window was in a pleasant mood and made me feel welcomed to the shop so really I am giving these 5 stars on his behalf.
Otherwise the sandwich I ordered was great – exactly what I expected it to be.

Store was completely dead nobody was in it and yet still took them over 30 minutes to make us our food. We ordered two sandwiches and some fries guy at the register was really rude and very passive aggressive. We go up there to check on our food and we find out that they gave it out to the wrong person. and it seems to be that we’re not the only Once his order they have gotten wrong

I’m writing this review while I’m standing in the drive thru. I ordered online and I’m parked in a semi truck across the road.
The app let me order carry out but when I walked over, the lobby was locked.
I called the store and asked what I should do to get my (already paid for) food.
I was told to stand in the drive thru behind 2 cars in December.
When asked if they could hand it to me through the door, they declined.
Seriously?!?!
I’d not trust the app here at least and the guy on night shift at 10:30pm on Dec 16/25 is the one who made me wait outside.
(Just in case any manager would want to address it and pull the camera to check in.)

They do a great job anytime we go in. The chicken is dropped fresh as you order it, and it is well worth the 5-7 minute wait once you get it. They never dilly dally. They make sure you get everything you ask for, made how you asked for it. Could eat there every day and sometimes do.

I’m really disappointed in Arby’s. We like eating there so I downloaded the app. I saw a sale that said buy one get one free. So we head down to so point and was told you have to do it online. So I sat down at a booth and started the order only to find it’s not buy one get one free. It’s buy one get a different one free. That is misleading

Once again, I fell for the hook. Beef and Cheddar this time, thought the latter barely exists. Arbys, please add cheddar or more than tiny squirt of it on your sandwiches when they are advertised with such.
Discontinued the Deep Fried Turkey Sandwich… Best thing on the menu. Ordered the 2/$6 Beef and Cheddar. MUCH smaller in amount of meat since the last visit a month ago. Not great quality this time, either. Sat behind 5 cars in the drive thru for so-so food. Doubt I will visit again anytime soon.
Gave them another chance because of the 2 for $Ham & Cheese… Just went on sale and already out of stock. And they were indignite when asked why! That did it for me. Never again!
