Check your order, 3rd time in a row we were shorted a sandwich. Don’t bother ordering ahead. Check your order before leaving. Understaffed, quality of gobblers wasn’t great, and the sandwich they made after the complaint was the good one. We’d had issues with Doordash where we were short food, so I went in person. Still not my worst experience with Arby’s as a chain. I want to empasize – we have never had this location include every ordered item.
I really think the core issue is staffing. You have one person trying to manage the drive thru and front, and packing orders. So, their attention is split three ways, and they’re packing a couple of orders at once. When that is coupled with Arby’s legendary slowness, it is a recipe for failure.

I ordered a deep fried turkey club combo at the drive thru. It included medium curly fries and a medium soft drink. I had to ask for my drink after the guy gave me my food. He hands me a small drink and shuts the window. I drove off because of the line behind me. I will never return there again.

Perfect. Two ladies helped us at the drive thru, and their service and personalities were wonderful. I got the Reuben with curly fries and a strawberry lemonade. All were excellent!

Ashley gave absolutely outstanding customer service today! She got our order accurate and quickly! She was very kind with nice small talk. It’s nice to have good customer service and sometimes in the fast-food industry it’s hard to find. Every Arby’s I have been to in the area uses a plastic container for the sandwiches ordered without a bun, this one uses the standard cardboard with holes in it, letting the food cool down way too much. The chicken was not good at all. Other restaurants include a lot more Mayo and lettuce, this restaurant was skimping on everything. The tomatoes were not ripe either. The jalapeño poppers were not done. Their bathroom is very drafty with insulation exposed. There was only one employee in the restaurant working the back and the front, not washing their hands between. Will not return to this location.

I came to this arbys tonight to pick up dinner. I ordered two french dip meals and went upon my night driving across town to bring food to my girlfriend. By the time I arrived to my destination I opened the boxes and this is what I was presented with. Not only was the food upside down but we didn’t receive the dip that comes with it, the sweet tea had gone bad, and despite them claiming they made fresh fries they definitely were not. I’ve worked in fast food so usually i don’t fuss about mistakes but this was just poor care. By the time I would have arrived back at this location they would have been closed so I had it replaced at another location but I definitely not be returning to this one for dinner.
