The fish is so good! It said a limited time only…..when it’s gone I’ll be lucky to eat there once a month! Food was so fresh & hot! Service was great…..alittle dirty on the inside, needed a good sweeping & mopping , tables needed wiped down!

Run down restaurant with a run down building, worn out equipment and outdated service. Arby’s needs to be put out of its misery. I can’t see this franchise surviving another 10 years. They appear to have little to no funding to keep any of thier establishments up to date, clean, or friendly. It’s unfortunate but arby is facing dim future I’m afraid. They served us very undercooked Curly fries and the roast beef on my sandwich was dry, dark colored, and hard/crusty all around its edges like it had sat out for hours or days. Truly gross. After many disappointing visits over the past couple years I think this visits will be my last.

This Arby’s really needs cleaned out updated. The staff did what they could with what they have, but this one is falling apart. Sidewalk is broken up, the carpet is literally black in some places.

Went through the drive thru tonight and they were very busy… The employees looked a bit stressed but my service was still great! I was asked to pull up to wait on fresh food. It was only about a 2 minute wait but it was worth it. The food was hot and was tasty. I would definitely go back to that location! Thank you to all the employees there tonight!

Good service, my grandson and I were eating inside. It’s an older building, with no updates. They were attentive to us, being that we were the only customers inside. My roast beef looked old, the grandsons was good. The curly fries were fresh and tasty! I have ordered from the Smithville location many times before and it was delicious. Not usual to have a bad experience here!

Super helpful and delightful team, the beef was to die for, thin but packed to high heck into the beef and cheddar sandwich and the Swiss and beef and gravy dipping sauce. Recommend for salty (not too much) mesty deliciousness that will open your wallet like McDonald’s but leave less regrets afterwards.

The worst Arby’s experience ever. This place needs to be torn down. Worst fish sandwich ever, over fried, greasy, salad on a bun. Chicken sandwich over fried and disgusting. Sticky tables, stains on carpet, brass framed unleveled pictures, wobbly seating/benches, dirty windows….don’t let the new Arby’s commercials fool you. I felt like I just threw $20 on the ground.

Went through drive thru tonight(1-30-23) and was asked to pull forward as they were waiting on fresh curly fries and mozzarella sticks. Fries were old and luke warm. Cheese sticks were nasty too. Now I remember why I stopped going to a run down, dirty store that employs people who lie. Not going back again. Cleaner, better stores in the area that deserve my money. Save yours and don’t waste it at this store.

Ordered a half pound roast beef sandwich yesterday (I like to split them into two sandwiches at home), and while I was doing that, decided to weigh the meat to see how generous they were. 6.7 ounces. Not very. Don’t steal from your customers, Arby’s. You have a scale by the slicer.
