The food wasn’t good. The employee who sliced the roast beef must be lazy, because it was very very thick, not thin like it’s supposed to be, which made it rubbery. The curly fries were barely warm, & the cheese sauce only had a 1/2 Tbsp, which barely covered the bottom of the cup…..by the way, I want .75 cents back on the .99 cents I paid for the cheese. The only good thing was the drive thru employee Mic Mic who was very polite. I ordered the 4 for $10 classic R/B sandwiches, med curly fry & cheese sauce cup. Order ID AABFGNJGAJBM on 3/8/2026 at 8:32 pm. I won’t be coming to this Arby’s anymore….I’ll just go to the Linden Ave location, since their beef is always sliced thin & their food is usually made right.

The prices keep going up and the portions of meat keep getting smaller.
I got an $8 super roast beef that had 2 pieces of meat, 2 end slices of tomato that were the size of a dime and about 4-6 pieces of brown, slimy lettuce shreds.

I was passing through and I noticed this old school retro Arby’s. I had to stop because you don’t see Arby’s like this anymore. However the day I went 1/29/24 the fryer was down. The inside was a bit run down. I ordered a regular roast beef sandwich and it was good. The service here was good. I did ring the bell for good service.

I don’t like doing bad reviews. This is disappointing. But this location has went down hill. Since the plandemic. My Roastbeef sandwich was amazing. But my crinkle fries was terrible. They were so hard and dried out. I couldn’t eat them. They way over stayed the heatlamp. Come on Arby’s Crew. You can do better. I love this location. Please do better in the future. I will be doing a follow up review on my next visit. Please have fresh fries. Or tell me you need to make fresh is that ok. I would absolutely wait. Please hire enough people to open the lobby. Thank you in advance.

We decided to enter the restaurant just to sit outside and enjoy the cool of the evening. The manager and the men there were very personable and helpful. The place was clean and nostalgic. It was also comfortable and peaceful. The food was prepared professionally and tasted just as good as it did when they started. The Gyros were amazing with the lamb meat, onions, tomatoes, and Ziti. It was heaven!
