I order from here fairly frequently and most of the time everything is fine, aside from occasional long waits in the drive-thru. Unfortunately, my most recent visit was disappointing; I waited 20 minutes in line at the drive thru, the food was cold, and the buns on my sandwich were burnt.

Went through the drive through. They were out of chicken so I couldn’t get my usual sandwich…I paid 60$ for food for 4 people (2 being kids) they forgot to give me a whole bag of food then when I went to get my said bag of food there was no sauce for the strips, the fries were cold like they’ve sat there all day and my husbands sandwich was not made how I paid for it to be! Also to add to the foul food…the apple roll that I tried for the first time was not fully cooked. I would not reccomend their services or food at all…was the worst tasting Arby’s I’ve ever been to and the lady was not the nicest!

Dining room closed for painting, I don’t goto Arby’s often due to the prices being so high compared to the competition. They could have easily painted overnight for the inside. Just an inconvenient time, with drive thru only!!

Ate here on 8 Sep 2025. The brisket $13 sandwich meal was horrible. It was so small and missing the toppings, no cheese. The curly fries were cold and all crumbs. When I questioned the sandwich not looking anything like the picture, she said toppings are on the bottom with attitude. I won’t be back. Food not worth the price and service was terrible.

This Arby’s isn’t too bad. It has a lot of potential! The food is usually ok and the service is usually decent. They need to work on employee cleanliness. Overall it’s a 4 and a 5 depending on when the main manager is there.

Sandwich cold, ask for crinkle fries, got curly. Could not eat the fries, cold and horrible tasting. All broke up. Ask for two different sauces, only received one. NOT GOOD!

My visit to the Arby’s was so good, I regret not ringing the bell when I left. First, the staff was pleasant and courteous. The woman asked my name for the order and used it a couple times throughout my interaction with her. The kitchen was quick and efficient, my chicken tenders were hot and fresh. The location was very clean and tidy, very well kept. My only suggestion is that the restaurant update their fixtures and furnitures. Things are a little outdated. Otherwise it was a great visit and I would recommend to anyone traveling through Piqua.
