Arrived at the drive thru at 815pm on a Saturday night, only car there… took 20 mins from start to finish to get my 3pc tender meal and French Dip meal. Au jus was thrown into the bag and leaked all over in the bag. Fry boxes were not filled. Order a Medium and Large and got the equivalent of a small and a medium, maybe. They were fresh though. 3 pc tenders was more like 3 nuggets from McDonald’s. Come often to the area to visit Kings Island. Definitely will not be back to this location ever.

They do not tell you if you pay by cash they auto round up if over 5. They do ask cash or credit. What if I had the exact change. No they will not take pennies. So far the only restaurant in the area that will not take pennies.
I went 2 weeks ago the guys gave me my pennies back and asked me for a dollar. He only needed a nickel to round up.

I don’t review often, but the last few times I’ve been here has been great. I’m not sure if there’s new management, but the staff is friendly and patient. The guy at the window is super organized and honestly satisfying to see. Hope they keep this up! The food was great as well, with the cheese sticks being fresh.

Arby’s has and hopefully always will have the best roast beef at any fast food restaurant. The day I stopped here they piled it on the bread and I smothered the Arby’s sauce all over it and went to town. Was very happy with my meal. Added some curly fries and jalapeno bites to my order and went to flavor town. 10/10 would recommend this store.

Abnormal experience but I wanted the fish meal. They said it was seasonal. Bummer. Then I ordered the new prime rib sub. They asked me if I wanted sauces. No thanks, just ketchup. They didn’t have ketchup. Bummer. Pulled off, reached in the bag and it didn’t feel like a sub. It was on the bread for the Market Fresh sandwiches. Bummer. Pulled back up to the window and said I think I received the incorrect sandwich. She says, Oh no you didn’t! You got the prime rib sub but we don’t have the buns… so we put it on bread. Yikes! Thanks for not having the sub bun, ketchup or fish. But you have the meats?? Won’t be going back there.

I came through this Arby’s last week and my order was messed up but I didn’t see it until I got to work. Paid for a 27$ order and was given one roast beef combo. I did not call and complain because accidents do happen, but when I came through today I ordered a CLASSIC roast beef combo add cheddar not a classic beef and cheddar combo. I’ve been ordering this for years but I do understand how it could be easily mistaken for. Your drive through attendant was extremely rude. She snatched the messed up burger from my hand and I have never experienced such arrogance and rudeness over a messed up order in my entire life.

The biggest surprise was how tasty their cheeseburgers were. The plain cheeseburger was large by fast food standards and decent. I had the cheese burger with bacon, lettuce, red onion, pickle, and burger sauce. While it’s not the healthiest option, hey, it’s fast food and very tasty. I’m not counting calories today, maybe tomorrow.
