It’s very obvious why they only have 2.6 stars… After I paid $24 they pulled me forward because she didn’t realize that they didn’t have curly fries after sitting at the window for 10 minutes. Then I sat pulled forward for another 15 just to go in and get my food and they totally forgot about me, the manager needs to find a new job she’s on her cell phone doesn’t even care about anything and no one else has any ambition. Do better or shut down.

Probably will never come back here, 30 minutes for “fast food”. 10 minutes to be waited on. Doesn’t even ask for name after order is taken. Orders online are priority instead of customers waiting in store for some time. I’d say it’s quite ridiculous, customer service is fundamental. Hire more capable people or do us a favor and shut it down.

Every time I go through the drive-thru I have a great experience here. I work nearby. Today, it was Donisha and she was super nice. Food always hot and good. You can tell the employees like working for their manager so kudos to them as well. So great to go somewhere and see friendly faces.

The staff you had working on 3/5/25 deserve 5 stars. I know there was a Donna & a Dion (I believe) & two other women working. They all gave friendly smiles & all super accommodating. Their service was fast & their convos friendly. Do what you gotta do to keep them, they all seem like productive team members! Also food was hot & great.

I have never wrote and bad review in my life. But this really upset me, My first time going to this Arby’s. I’m very disappointed. The food was good! No complaint there . The women wearing grey which I’m sure was the manager was extremely rude. Which I overlooked considering I worked in fast food and understand bad days. But still unprofessional as management but I’m a very understanding person. When I got my food I realized I was missing fries after driving off And got 4 cheese sticks instead. I wasn’t mad a little annoyed the drive thru was busy so I also understood but Went back though waited patiently for the line and speaker and stated I was missing fries and she instantly questioned me about what order I had seeming like I was lying with attitude. When I get up to the window and she stated to me I definitely ordered 4 cheese sticks with my meal that she knew I said it. My receipt definitely differs her statement!!!! And I said no ma’am and explained what I ordered nicely and she rolled her eyes and handed me the fries and gave her the sticks back. I’m very upset considering how nice I was being and the way I was being treated. Absolutely never going back To this Arby’s…..
