I had a great experience at the Arby’s in Mt. Orab! The restaurant was clean, the staff was friendly, and the service was quick. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything tasted just the way it should. They have a great variety on the menu, and it’s always nice to know you can count on them for both classic sandwiches and new items to try. The staff here really seems to care about making sure customers are satisfied, which makes a big difference. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I ordered online and changes need to be made. When you order meals, you should be able to choose a small side (2 potato cakes) and a large drink. If you order medium, there’s 3 potato cakes which is too much, but the drink is just medium. The lady at window was extremely nice and detail-oriented. She allowed me to get a large drink. I would’ve gladly paid for the upsize, but i was grateful. The food and unsweet tea were all wonderful.

Great place to have lunch, I tried the steak bites, and they are not that good, taste like bad flavored rib meat, I couldn’t finish the meal. I will stick to ordering roast beef.

We went through the drive through and ordered a small sprite with no ice and Dr Pepper we received two small cokes with ice we asked again at the drive through window for a small sprite with no ice (we hadn’t realized the other one was coke) we were given a sprite with half the cup full of ice very frustrating however the girl was friendly (3:30ish)

Can I give ZERO stars!!!!! Holy cow, my husband and I stopped here really hungry after attending a lengthy high school graduation ceremony and we saw the sign advertising “FISH SANDWICH” and that is exactly what we wanted. Went inside, waited in line for awhile, understandably so, it was the lunch rush, finally got to the counter to order our fish and the lady was MEAN, and said “we DON’T have fish.” No apology or sympathy just no we don’t have it and goodbye basically. I bit my tongue, not to say anything about what the sign out front said and I just walked away hungry, disappointed and frustrated. I grabbed a quick picture of the sign out front for reference. Sad sad day for me.

My son and I stopped here today around 1:30 pm to grab lunch. They weren’t busy, so we were able to order and get our food quickly. Food was hot and tasty–absolutely no complaints about it. Restaurant looked clean (including men’s bathroom) and the teenage girl taking our order was friendly and quick to help us. We’ll be back tomorrow again (passing through town) and we will probably eat here again.

Just stop in and got a regular Roast Beef in a crispy chicken sandwich I got home the crispy chicken sandwich is cooked hard as a rock I don’t know what happened they usually have good food some of the best around but if you want to sell food like this you’re going to lose business

This location has really improved a lot in the last two years. The management has solved the problems they were having with the staff forgetting to put everything in the bag. The food is fast and good consistently now. The turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich is my favorite menu item.

Ok. Pretty good store but here is my issue. Why do fast food restaurants have double drive thru ordering stations. I went to this location ordered my food got it and drove away. As I got onto 32 we realized we had the wrong sandwiches. They were better and cost more so I don’t care but I’m sure the person who got our 2 plain beef sandwiches was pissed off. Why have 2 drive thru lines if your employees can’t run the place.

Reason I’m giving them two stars is yes they did replace our order from the other night where they did not give us straws or arbys sauce and they put lettuce on my buffalo sandwich and I requested no lettuce and they upsized me to a large and I’m pretty sure they charged for it and I asked for a regular so tonight they replaced the order and I get the order and the fry box is not even full and there’s four straws for two cups and probably a half of an entire box of Arby’s sauce in our bag so somebody obviously wants to be a smart alec and think it’s funny to waste Arby’s money I would not recommend eating here unless you want to have to go back to get your order fixed and deal with immature people one culprit that works there’s name is Hannah she is the one that took my order the first time and messed it all up and the second time she is the one that was expediting the food, bit had a headset on and was “mean mugging” us the entire time.
