Came for lunch 3-6-26 ] and ended up leaving. The Manager/Supervisor was being loud and dramatic showing her “u know what” jumping all over the drive thru worker over an honest mistake. Very unprofessional! No worker deserves to be talked to like that. This lady is not management material. She ranted out loud for 5 minutes. Went somewhere quiet to eat.

This is the worst Arby’s I’ve ever been to. It was dirty inside and outside. Trash everywhere. There was even a piece of foam under one of the shrubs. It didn’t smell good inside, and we almost left because of it. We were hungry for an Arby’s melt, though, so we decided to stay. Big mistake! Our shoes stuck to the floor as we walked to our table. There wasn’t one clean table in the whole place. Even though we were the only ones eating, no workers came out to clean the dining area the whole time we were there. Nobody else came while we were waiting for our food, and it still took about 10 minutes to get it. We ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 curly fries. Not sure what took so long. It was room temp when we got it – not warm at all! The cheese never melted. It was pretty gross, tbh. I didn’t even finish my sandwich. I’ll never go back to this location.

Arby’s know they are out of line for selling me these dried out, fried ten times fries. There was even little pieces of curly fries in the box. Straight into the trash they had to go. The person who bagged my food was nice, but he should never have put these fries in the bag. They should have been thrown away hours before I arrived.

Look, I get it. Business’s are having a hard time finding people to work right now. I hate doing bad reviews. It’s seems little but I politely asked for sauce at the speaker. I again twice at the window politely for Arby’s sauce. I saw the young man put some in and as I pulled off i realized it wasn’t Arby’s sauce. I pulled off but the dine in area was locked and with a line around the building march up to the drive thru window. For the 4th time now asked for Arby’s sauce . The kid handed me 2. Now red in the face, come on dude i have 5 sandwiches and a bunch of potato cakes for the family and they ALL want sauce.

I hate to say this because this Arby’s has been convenient for me living near it. But I have watched it decline over the years. It was a wonderful restaurant when we first moved here just five short years ago. But I went in there today I had a terrible interaction with the employees they have no concept of courtesy, manners or professionalism. It’s is like talking aliens. They asked me to pull a head so they could prepare my order properly and this is what I got! Burnt to a crisp mac n cheese bites. I ordered 1 item. A 4 piece. No one was in the drive thru or inside. They were not busy. Just completely inept! Ugh This generation takes no pride in anything they do. I’m so sick of the incompetence and getting ripped off everywhere I go! I really love Arby’s just not this one. All is not lost yet someone get in there and whip it into shape please!

I ordered takeout and my wife picked it up. We were shorted a sandwich. We have nothing but trouble with this location. They take your money and sort you on food. You get there and your order isn’t ready. One time they said I didn’t have an order and I had to go to corporate for a refund. I am so done with this place.
