They were horrible, kids playing in the inside climbing over the counter to go in back and the workers said nothing, 2 young guys playing over the food that was in the bag one was rubbing his nose and head, and they thought I wanted the food, I asked for my money back and I left. The Caucasian manger had no control over her staff so sad.

Food and service was as expected. Dining room just seemed very dirty. You could hear where everyone was be the floor was sticky and that great sound of a shoe being picked up from a sticky floor. They had wet floor signs out, but we weren’t slipping that’s for sure. The high seat had something very sticky on it too, not sure what it was. There was a towel like someone attempted to get it off but didn’t succeed.

Orders cheese sticks and a drink. Got drink at window. No straw. Asked to pull over to wait for fresh mozzarella sticks. They came out fine. In bag there was still no straw, no napkins and no dipping sauce. Had to go inside and get it myself.

Look, I get it. Business’s are having a hard time finding people to work right now. I hate doing bad reviews. It’s seems little but I politely asked for sauce at the speaker. I again twice at the window politely for Arby’s sauce. I saw the young man put some in and as I pulled off i realized it wasn’t Arby’s sauce. I pulled off but the dine in area was locked and with a line around the building march up to the drive thru window. For the 4th time now asked for Arby’s sauce . The kid handed me 2. Now red in the face, come on dude i have 5 sandwiches and a bunch of potato cakes for the family and they ALL want sauce.

Sheesh. If you’re gonna work the drive thru…you gotta be able to take orders. The guy working the window was unintelligible and apparently due to his appearance wanted to be anywhere but there. The food (half of it) was hot and fresh…the other half cold and stale. After waiting 13 minutes, well I figured it’d all be hit and fresh. Nope. I’m just perplexed. It fast food, yeah, but they ain’t got the fresh hot meats, just the cold dead ones.
