Ordered 2 buffalo chicken sliders got my bag and left started eating first one was okay the second one I bit into was flat and hard as a rock. I don’t even understand what it is it’s literally a flat piece of what appears to be chicken and hard as a rock. How can you even put it on a sandwich as if it’s edible. Not to mention they gave me a receipt for someone else’s order. Horrible service horrible food.

This is the best Arby’s I’ve been to. I usually go somewhere else when I’m in Ontario, but everytime I do go here it’s exceptional. The chicken is always cooked right, the sauce is always applied in an appropriate amount and they always slice it when they’re supposed to. The staff here cares and for a fast food restaurant these days, that alone is worth 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

The line was short, even though it was during lunch, rush hour… which should’ve told me something about the building itself. I had a milkshake that came out that had more milk shaken on the outside of the cup than on the inside. Somehow, the gal at the drive-through window didn’t realize that her hands were dripping with milkshake when she handed me the cup.
The crispy chicken sandwich was soggy, and it looked like I had coleslaw instead of lettuce.
The curly fries were not even curly; hey were just butt ends and nubbins of fries.
Now, I know why I don’t eat out.

Things are just getting worse. Sandwiches are thrown together by the teenagers and are inconsistent with the toppings and amount of meat. Place is still dirty. Workers still stand around talking.

I recently visited Arby’s on Lexington Spring Mill for supper and had mixed feelings. The food was good, but the general manager’s behavior was concerning. He spoke to staff condescendingly, using derogatory language, and belittling them. His actions made me uncomfortable, as if he wanted me to join in on the bullying. The staff appeared embarrassed and upset.
I was also frustrated when the manager forgot to include sweet BBQ sauce with my pulled pork order, despite assembling it himself. When I pointed out the mistake, he shifted the blame.
Given the manager’s behavior and the error, I didn’t feel valued as a customer. A different management style might allow the staff to thrive.

Bad day for this location maybe. I stopped inside to order, they weren’t busy but staff was unfriendly and food was terrible. The fish sandwiches tasted like they were made the day before and the fries were cold. I love Arby’s but won’t be back to this location for a long time.
