The managerDaniel,is the name he gave me, on duty tonight 2/14/2026 at 9:20pm was very unprofessional with your drive through guest. You are losing alot of business with the few that I see patronizing this location as being new to the small surrounding area
I will also be following up with the district manager of the Arby’s.
This is not the first time this has happened and I am also hearing the same complaints about this type of service from the community.

The only reason why the service was bad was because you guys should’ve been closed today staff looked miserable and my family was hungry I know you stay open for people like me

While at the drive thru window today the manager working was verbally abusive to the woman working the window. She was very calm and held it together while waiting on me but after she was done, she took her headset off and left (rightfully so). I don’t know if she walked out to quit or go on break. However, the manager shouldn’t have been talking to her in the manner he was, especially in front of customers. I tried calling in to talk to the woman that waited on me to see who I should contact but she wasn’t there. This is the only way that I know of to reach out to someone about the manager at that location. I am not one to normally make a review in this nature, I would much rather talk to someone first before talking negative in a public setting.

Heather is always the drive thru person when I visit this location she’s always kind and helpful with figuring out my order and what I want because I’m very indecisive, her customer service is out of this world she deserves a massive raise, she is genuinely the reason I keep coming back to this location, she needs to be commended for her personality and wonderful recommendations. !!!

What’s the point of making it a drive thru only, for drive thru orders to still get parked for 10 minutes ? But people can go through the drive thru & get served faster ????? Almost every single time I come through here there’s a problem. Especially happy tonight to place a mobile order & then got sat for 10 minutes.

This could be a really great spot for Arby’s. People were excited about it but you need to fire everyone and start over. Hire some people who actually give a crap. People are rude and food is never cooked right or completely. Seriously just start over.
