This local Arbys, was a nightmare to go to. But, I would endure it, so I could get a healthy, tasty meal. Lately, I have seen, a 360at this local Arbys. It is well run, machine. It is clean. The employees are polite. The food is good and hot. This team functions so well it is a pleasure to dine in as well as the occasional drive thru.

I like Arby’s menu and food. But my last two drive thru orders were less than satisfactory. Last week the ham and cheese slider was ice cold not warm or melted. Yesterday the mozzarella sticks were not cooked enough as the cheese was firm not melted at all. The chicken slider hard and over cooked. So personally I don’t like to leave nasty reviews but I’m baffled at this. We waited patiently and pulled around to get home and see this. No meat was on my slider. And the difference in topping for the same fries.

I wanted to grab a quick meal at the drive thru, but the line was very long, so I decided to go in. My food was ready in about a minute or two, hot and delicious. The tables and entire dining area were very clean. 10/10

This Arby’s is quite nice inside. It’s above average in terms of inside furnishings and the overall feel of the place is nice. A fine stop for lunch and it’s often a quick, consistent meal.

Tried using the order ahead feature on the app, had to wait an additional 20 minutes past the scheduled time for my food. Food was great but what’s the point of having this in the app. It that tells you to go and pick up your food inside…..if I use this feature again , I will just pick it up through the drive through, that way they can’t make you wait.
