Don’t go to this location. I have been fighting for a refund for and order i had tried to cancel for almost a month now. I was getting responses from the manager and now nothing. I have been politely waiting but now im getting increasingly more irritated with every passing day. This is not the first bad experience I have had with this place but it is definitely my last. With how expensive the food is, how they seem to always forget something, to now not giving my money back. I will NEVER eat here again and I would like to warn anybody that does how bad the experience is.

Annette at the drive-thru window seriously needs to go. She is beyond rude and completely unprofessional.
My husband and I went through the other day, got our order, and simply asked for some Arby’s and Horsey sauce. She instantly got an attitude, rolled her eyes, & snapped that it was already in the bag, and when I asked for ranch for my mozzarella sticks (because I can’t have marinara), she made a huge deal about it and told us we should’ve said that at the speaker. I’ve been coming to this location for years and have never had anyone act like that over sauces.
But today was the last straw. My husband and his mom went through for lunch, and this woman actually had the nerve to call them “retarded” over a coupon. Are you kidding me?! That is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable behavior from anyone especially someone working with the public.
This kind of disrespect shouldn’t be tolerated. She clearly doesn’t know how to treat people and definitely shouldn’t be representing Arby’s. Something needs to be done about her. This is NOT okay!

Only here can you order 3 times and each time they don’t have the meat. You are famous for roast beef. How can you always be out of roast beef?… “We got the (lack of) meat”. It’s okay… Maybe someday the dining room will be open?

The sandwich was good, the fries were gross, the cheddar cup wasn’t even half full. The dining room was closed but the drive thru was open. The one thing that got me was that none of the employees had name tags or uniforms on. I used to work at Arbys and I know that this is unacceptable!! Do better!!

Don’t Order the 2 for $5. Fish Sandwich any more this season. I brought back the 2 sandwiches and the employee told me that the fish should have been gone weeks ago and now it has freezer burn. He said he tries to tell everyone not to buy the fish. I wish I would have talked to that employee before my purchase. Shelby Oh store.
