Food was pretty good, staff was nice, but honestly this review is about the holiday decorations. I really loved going inside and seeing everything festive, right down to the reindeer on the tables. It really brightens your day seeing Christmas decor!

Sad to say our favorite Arby s has changed. We were puzzled by the not so polite attitude of the staff, as we always go out of our way to be nice. Also, they gave us our sandwich and fries first. By the time the mozzarella sticks were ready, many minutes later, the fries were cold.

I’ve been coming to this Arby’s for over 20 years. Never had a bad meal and the restaurant is always clean.
Update from December 2, 2022:
By the grace of the universe, the wagyu burger was brought back! I have ate burgers all over the world and the arbys wagyu burger found a special place in my heart.
Arbys put together the cheeseburger eating experience that catches the nostalgia of how fast food burgers used to taste growing up.
As long as Arby’s have the wagyu burger on the menu, I’ll make an extra few stops this month to share in that cheeseburger eating experience that has that vintage fast food burger taste and texture.
The service is great and the dining room was clean.
*I get extra extra pickles on my burgers

My experience at the North Canton North Main Street Arby’s today, 8/5/25 at 12:15PM was worth noting, mostly because of the young lady handling both speaker and distribution of items. Her voice was courteous over the speaker and she annunciated. At the window, her smile brightened my day. So many times, I have the opposite feeling. I hope this young lady is treated well and rewarded for making customers feel welcome and appreciated.

Went to the drive thru. The girl that waited on me shorted my $5.00. I told her right away that she shorted me. I kept my hand up with the money in it. She ignored me until I said it the second time. She said what did I give you and I told her. She said fine I’ll get your $5. I really felt like she knew she had done it because she ignored me hoping I would just forget about it. All I can say is watch your change. She seemed like a professional. Very tricky!

Recently, we had ordered takeout & I received 2 turkey sandwiches that looked disgusting! Both with very little meat, lettuce looked old & not appetizing. And for spending $8.19 per sandwich I could have gotten a much better meal elsewhere. We’ve frequented this Arby’s for many years but noticed the quality isn’t there anymore unfortunately!
