Was robbed of $10 in change in their drive thru , I only received a receipt and some food. How does a $10.35 meal deal cost $20.35? We only had $20 bills on us and some change. Gave them $20.35. 1 bill and 2 dimes and a nickel . Should’ve gotten $10 back. She rang it as $10.35 received, then they forgot both of our fries upon checking our bag. So Went inside like can I get my change and fries. Then the supervisor counted the drawer in front of me at the counter, which she says came out correct , although they had only $20s and $5 bills and under, no $10s. Remember I have her 1 $20 bill. So at this point idc if they robbed someone else then me to make it right. I told her, People make mistakes, I said maybe more than one mistake was made. No offer to check cameras I had to tell them that there should be procedures in place for things like this, to check cameras please and made the manager take my name and number. And wrote down $20.35 given $10 change not received, owed $10. I just want my money back! I have my original receipt. Still haven’t heard from corporate. Arby’s make this right! This is wrong on so many levels. Check your employees. If they will rob me they will rob you too.
Just sad bc I used to like coming here.

I came to eat here after work one day and the food was great and the service was fast. And I want to say our cashier Geraldine was amazing she was extremely kind and helpful and I really hope she gets the credit she deserves. Thank you Geraldine.

I didn’t get her name but the lady that was working lunch shift today Wednesday July 23,she has long blonde hair in a braid. I’ve never seen customer service as amazing as what I seen today, she was calling people by their first names and I even watched her help a handicap gentleman including getting his drink for him and taking his food to the table!! The quality of the food and customer service are very hit or miss. I’ve had to go back multiple times after getting home just to realize my fries are cold and my gyro bread is hard as a brick. This last time that I went back they seemed to be spiteful and gave me an even harder gyro bread. I’m getting this close to calling corporate to complain.

A usual, consistent Arby’s. They follow franchise promotions and are a clean, quick restaurant. Easy highway access and a good stop for a quick lunch but make this a fine place to eat.

We literally just received our food from the drive through and was not even a block away and started to eat the fries. Very sale fries. Not warm at all. So they gave us food that’s been sitting there. Very dissatisfied. You take people’s money and they receive old food? Thank God the Arby’s in Alliance Ohio never does that. Thanks for the throwaway fries. Do better or hire a manager that isn’t letting employees send out old food. I use to work in fast food so there is no excuse for what we received.
Update. Received an apology from supposedly a manager and a link to give more information on. The link goes nowhere. Seriously?
