Placed reeked of rotten meat and there’s was an assortment of crumbs everywhere. Tables and floor were sticky. Food was fine other than the sandwich I got that was advertised as BBQ brisket was basically dried up ham with a couple dabs of generic BBQ sauce on it.

Massillon, OH Arby’s…. Whomever made food the night of 09/05/22, you have now changed my former review, which you can see after this one. My Ultimate BLT Sandwich was awesome! It was made perfectly & better yet tasted great! Thank you for making a great sandwich!
(FORMER REVIEW) Tip……Check your bags before you leave the drive thru. Last Ultimate BLT sandwich I ordered I got a whopping 3 pieces of bacon. Nothing ultimate about that. I have never had my sandwich be so skinny before. Maybe they were almost out of bacon? ♀️ Even Subway gives 4 pieces on their 6 inch sub. ♀️

I don’t know how many bad reviews this place needs to get before something is done. This is the second time I’ve come thru the drive thru and they are the slowest I’ve ever seen. They take one order , fulfill the order and then take the next. I’ve been sitting here 30 + minutes and 3 cars have moved. Something needs done.

Only a one star because I had to I would give it a no star I never had a problem until I went to the Arby’s in Massillon Ohio I went ordered a classic beef and cheddar and got home to see they just threw a piece of sliced cheese on the sandwich instead of the cheddar sauce so I called and told them and they said I see what happened we was warming up the sauce and it wasn’t done you can come back to get another one I got there and the person at the window said what do you want it replaced with we’re out of cheddar and I told them I called and they said it was warming up so they shut the window and all the sudden came back with another one with the cheddar they was supposedly out of so I get back home and get it fully out of the wrapper and there is an inch of flour on the bottom of the bun I will never go back to that Wendy’s corporate was polite though so this is just for that spacific Arby’s horrible any other ones I love

I love coming to this Arby’s…. the food is always delicious!! I love the crew they are great. My complaint is how filthy the restaurant is!! The windowsills are gross the floor underneath the table in the corner, By the drinking fountain, is gross….I don’t think the table has been moved and deck brushed since they opened the place… You would think when it’s slow and they’re not busy…someone would come out and clean a little bit, and i’m not talking, just wiping tables off and emptying trash!! The floor is sticky and disgusting…. We actually used to come here a lot. But the fact that they haven’t done anything about the filth keeps us from coming back…Sorry!!

Usually like the food but today my husband and I tried the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. I threw almost half of mine away. My husband ate his because it was expensive and he was hungry. It was browned hamburger with some kind of cheese gravy over it and a couple tiny pieces of green pepper. The bun was hard to chew and the hamburger gravy would not stay in the bun. Won’t eat there again!
