We have been to this restaurant several times in the past, food was always as expected, and service was consistent with other experiences. During our most recent visit we received bad attitude and poor treatment for an employee named Lucille. We believe she was having a bad day or needs better/more training since her behavior was out of the ordinary. To all who read just take this as a warning, also you do have other choices up and down this stretch of road.

Delicious!! Ordered online and within 10 mins our food was fresh, hot and ready! The employees were very sweet. I highly recommend this Arby’s. In Salem, I believe this is one of the fast food restaurants.

I went through the drive through and spent $30 for stale/over cooked curly fries, 1/4 filled cheese cups, barely half a cup of onion soup for the French dip, and what seemed like a hand full of scraps for a extremely thin smokehouse brisket. The mozzarella sticks were the only thing that seemed worth my money. This isn’t the experience I am accustomed to from this establishment, but I’ll think twice before going.

Service is great!! I eat there often…9 times out of ten it’s a 5 star experience, but this time my fries were not good. They were old. But I still love their fast,friendly service and their food is great!! Best and fastest service in Salem!!

I eat here several times a week because they are by far, the fastest fast food place in town. Their food is fresh AND hot 99% of the time. (Only 2 times was my food not completely fresh and hot out of 100’s). The staff is very friendly and professional, and convey’s a complete commitment to customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, a great sense of urgency and of course serving delicious hot food. Would recommend this location over any I have been to!

I ordered a half pound roast beef and got a half pound beef and cheddar instead. This was the first time my fries were burnt and they did not look like a large size. Don’t apologize, show it by giving me my money back.
