I’ve always enjoyed Arby’s for a roast beef but these days I love that they are offering turkey & other items as well. Potato cakes are still a fav if I’m opting for them. But, I’d rather have a Mocha Shake is I’m splurging on calories.

Clean and quiet atmosphere to eat. Quick and organized ordering. The black gentleman ( couldn’t snag his name ) up front taking orders was so kind and sweet! He deserves a raise with how patient and friendly he is. He’s attentive more than anyone else here. 🙂 his kindness went a long way with the kind of week I had. Went in Friday evening to order a sandwich. The guy at the window was extremely rude. Kind of heavyset with glasses. I waited over 15 minutes in line and saw the employees just fooling around at the window. When I asked why my food took so long the guy just shrugged and slammed the window shut. NEVER COMING BACK! don’t waste your time

Wow, ordered at the drive thru, waited over 25 minutes. Just 2 cars in front of me & no one behind me. 25 minutes now I’m the next car up & sitting three & sitting there & nothing is happening. Finally after 25 minutes we lull up & asked what was the problem, they said your order came up before the car in front of you so we had to make his order while yours sat & got cold. So window man says we won’t charge you for your order, I stolid ok because it wasn’t my fault. But as he kept talking, he took his offer back & said just pay half, we’re like what did you change this, he said because you said you would pay for it. I should have called the boss above him because we think he was the manager for the moment. It was a horrible experience & we were duped into paying for that order. We had just 1 sandwich fries & drink, Terrible terrible business management. I hope Corporate sees this. We’re not happy how that was handled.

I walked in at 12:50 pm on Monday Dec 30, 2024 and stood at the counter for several minutes. I was the only customer at the counter. There was no one at the cash register. Several drive thru employees walked past me and totally ignored me. Finally I just left. Very disappointing.

The food when I have gotten it tastes fine and I have no problems in regards to that, in fact my mother has been patronizing Arby’s ever since the original location opened in Youngstown and enjoys your roast beef sandwiches. I must say however that the customer service is lacking, specifically in terms of accountability. The assistant manager was very confrontational and not helpful at all, it is frankly some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life unfortunately. The assistant manager directed me to contact Arby’s on the phone which effectively sends me in an endless loop with no solution. Customer service said their hands are tied and the assistant manager says the franchisee’s hands are also tied. Ultimately, despite the food being fine I just won’t patronize Arby’s until someone does something to make things right. At which point if ever the situation is rectified, I will rescind or adjust my review accordingly to reflect that. Update immediately reached out to them as requested and still have yet to hear back at all. A continuation of the absolute deplorable service I have received thus far.

This location really does have way fresher food than most I’ve been too. Normally the buns always seen slightly stale but not here. The only reason they don’t get 5 stars if due to them never participating in sales so it def gets a little more expensive than most and the girl at the window seemed like she hates her job so she didn’t give good service whatsoever.
