I came threw the drive threw today around 3:30 the woman at the window was unpleasant. They messed up my order, so I had to circle back around and wait for 3 cars in front of me (which is fine, accidents happen) Then the unpleasant woman comes back to the window. She proceeeds to give me my cheese sticks, doesnt even give me sauce for them, then walks away immediately. The food was fine, but the customer service was atrocious.

This Arby’s location is pretty good most of the time. They do miss something in my online order from time to time, and I have to go in. But, they are always polite and quick to get what I am missing. Inside is usually clean ans I often see an employee wiping tables or sweeping the floor.

The order was correct and the person taking our order through the drive thru was very clear and very audible, but she was efficient and only had to say what she did once and it was heard so hey, go her. No complaints other than the price of everything that isn’t on promo.

Fast, friendly service. Good food – as you’d expect at other Arby’s stores. The team was very far behind at cleaning tables on a Saturday at 7pm. They didn’t seem short handed or terribly busy.
As for the new cheesesteak sub, I won’t be ordering it again. It was okay, but it was a far cry from Mr. Hero. My wife got the new ham and Swiss, and likewise. It was okay, but it was a sweet ham, not like the good salty ham that Hardee’s has down the street for their ham and cheese.
But I do love their smokehouse brisket, so I’ll definitely be back for that.

The cashier was SUPER NICE. She had such a wonderful attitude. I believe she was a tall thin mother of five, which stands out because kids can make mom’s a little fussy too but her personality was just wonderful and I hope I see her again because I’ll definitely go back to this location.

Well I done it again! I went back to Arby’s and wasted 10 dollars including tip. They had the cheese steak advertised outside, so I thought, they really can’t mess up a cheese steak. Well they did. I seriously don’t know if this is just mushrooms without the steak, or is the steak in it. It didn’t matter the sauce was more prevalent than everything but the huge bun with nothing in it. I’m laughing because I shouldn’t have gone back. That’s on me. Trust me, don’t buy it. You will be so disappointed. It doesn’t even taste good. Basically all bread. Trash open up!

This was my first visit to this location. I had some sort of brisket and egg sandwich thing (that I can’t find online). It was great! The service here was surprisingly good – not only for an Arby’s, but any fast food restaurant. I’ll definitely consider eating here again.

So I ordered on the app. For the family. Ordered 5 sandwiches, 3 large fries, 2 drinks, and an order of cheese sticks. Got everything, but the cheese sticks!! Didn’t receive the cheese sticks!! And a few packs of sauces.
