Young sloppy rude guy didn’t help me at the register on July 1st and gave me half raw chicken that I wasted my money on and had to throw away. I won’t be back to this location and I will visit Arby’s way less. And advise anyone thinking about this Arby’s beside McDonald’s and the Pilot think again. Rude customer service and food that potentially could send you to the hospital.

Went to this establishment and waited in line at the drive thru for 4 minutes, one car in front of me. Finally had to back up, walk in, only to find ALL the workers except the cook, standing around talking. Girl that waited on me gave me nothing but attitude and when I asked if the drive thru was open because we had been waiting with no help, the girl SCREAMED from behind a wall, “AND IT WASNT 5 MINUTES”…and since I was literally the only customer in the building I asked if whoever said that was talking to me…the girl wouldn’t show her face to me. She hid behind the wall but was definitely the one running drive thru. Manager was a young guy that had literally nothing to say. When I was contacted by whom I assume is general manager over this particular store reaches out to me and assures me I would receive coupons or something to that effect and profusely apologized for their behavior and still have yet to get anything from them. Poor management poor customer service and will not go back

The worst experience ever!! Your so called manager Beth screamed at my 76 old mother because she said her sandwiches were wrong. Then proceeded to throw the bag with old sandwiches in it at her screaming “go ****** next door to mcdonalds and feed your grandkids… get out of my store!” Nice customer service… seriously not right!!

got the entire order, which was quite large, correct. and the gentleman taking my order was so patient & helpful. this was wonderful customer service in a world where fast food locations are successful dependant on those who serve. these guys get 5 stars. thank you for feeding my family

I used to go here often but they fell on hard times. I went back a couple of weeks ago and now going regularly. The staff is exceedingly good and the food I’ve eaten has been spectacular. A great selection of food all freshly done and good to eat. They need to put up a sign and turn on the TV to a channel. Try a milkshake and their wonderful chicken wrap or Gyro. The restaurant next door has all but given up.
