The food here is really good!! Real beef and crinkle fries are excellent. Hot and delicious! The staffs are friendly too and the service is nice. However, NO air conditioning inside the store.

Horrible. It was about 11:30, the fries tasted like they cooked them yesterday. Roast beef was old and thick sliced. I did have to wait and I don’t know why. Bad very bad. Wish I could take that 1 star away.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a sandwich and mozzarella sticks. They put the marinara sauce in the bag and have me curly fries instead of the mozzarella sticks. That’s a special kind of stupid right there.

This is the best Arby’s location we have ever been to! Great service and they get it right everytime! Food taste fresh and they make you feel like your in a 5* restaurant! We go here after touring the antique mall.

I’ve been to this Arby’s many times. You try to give an establishment a chance because their competitor next-door is 100 times busier you pull into their empty desolate parking lot that is a huge bump and possibly scrape for many average cars. You pull up to their pitiful Drive-through set up and you order their staples and you ask about menu items that you’re not familiar with and the workers sarcastically talk back to you like you should know their menu like the back of your hand. I really do like Arby’s and I like their variety, but they seriously need to work on their customer service aspect. If they have little business compared to the next-door neighbor, they should probably step up the face-to-face interactions and intercom interactions.

The food is always fresh. The staff is always so nice and helpful. When I’ve had a question on an item i haven’t eaten before I always get positive feedback on the item(s) in question. I’ll drive to this Arbys over the one closer to the apartment because they always get our order right and are so pleasant. Thank you.
