Once again got off work. Went to drive through at Arby’s. Got two crispy fish sandwiches….. They were the bomb. Nice golden brown hot. Very tasty. Can’t go wrong with these sandwiches. If you haven’t tried them yet, I strongly suggest you do. This is a totally different view but I’m new at this. I don’t know how to make this separate from a previous one so just bear with me… Today is Thursday, March 21st. I went to Arby’s got my favorite two fish sandwiches and I was told today would be the last day because they cannot get any more from their supplier. That saddens me because to me these were the best sandwiches they had on the menu. So again five stars for food and service… The fish sandwich that I’m holding in my left hand was the one I got today for the last time.

My mom and I went in here for dinner on 8/02 an hour and a half before closing. We believe there were 3 workers in the restaurant at the time. All 3 of them seemed to work exceptionally well with one another and took pride in their work. Our food was brought to the table, hot and well cooked. Our interaction with staff was amazingly pleasant. All in all, a very well run establishment.

Kids wanted to eat at arbys so we went to eat inside. The food was OK but there is a terrible gnat infestation inside . We had to leave because we had so many gnats flying around us while trying to eat.

We had to wait for our food, which I don’t mind if when you get your food and it’s hot . Got home cold food and they forgot the Arby’s sauce! Whoever works the fryer cook the tri potatoes please, half cooked potatoes are not good. No excuse for no sauce! I really feel like they should refund us for this awful experience.

Waited over 15 minutes at the drive through window. Not counting the time waiting in line. To be met with a rude employee and all of our food to be cold. Fries also had a fishy smell/flavor. We just threw everything away.

Yeah so actually the lady at the window doesn’t know how to give change! I work in the service industry I’ve never screwed up 6$ back in change. Handed me a few cents but no bills! Honestly She was very unpleasant.

I just went through the drive through at Arby’s on Norton Rd. I ordered an 1/2 pd Arby’s and fries. When I got to the window the teller took my card and charged me for a meal that included a drink. I told her I didn’t order a root beer and she said she could not hear me. I said I did not want the root beer. She got the manager and I showed her my receipt. She gave me back $2.00 instead of $2.49 that was on the receipt. The manager said it was my fault I ordered the meal. I told her it wasn’t my fault and that she should have repeated my order if she didn’t hear me. I asked for the .49 cents additional she charged me on my receipt and she started to complain. She finally gave me .50 cent and walked away. She never apologized for making a mistake. She was a rude manager that talked over my request to make my transaction correct. I was only asking for my money for charging me for something I did not order. I have been going to Arby’s for many years and was never treated like that before. She was overtly rude to a customer that did not want to pay for something they did not order.
