Had the half pound roast beef sandwich, potato cakes and jamocha shake. Food was great! We were the only ones at the counter and it was 3 or 4 minutes before our order was taken. Arby’s sauce was empty but got packets at the counter. I brought my own yellow mustard.

Got the 2 fish for $7. So glad they went back to this former huge size compared with previous years. Stopped getting them when they got real thin & smaller. Fish was hot & filling. Just right. Keep it this way, Arby’s.

Asked about the jamocha shake. Lady said there was no coffee in the shake, but google says there is. Ended up buying a cup of coffee with it because I needed the caffeine. Coffee was almost as cold as the shake.

Jaylen made this visit wonderful!! He was polite and patient while we ordered. After we paid we pulled away without waiting for all of our bags. We realized and pulled back around into a parking spot and Jaylen was already on his way out to our car to bring us the rest of our food. Customer service rules and Jaylen is tops!!

Got a spicy chicken sandwich, it was paper thin and cold. Will never go there again. That’s ashame because it used to be good. My curly fries were luke warm.
