I went to the Arby’s restaurant in Norton, Ohio on Mon, Oct 13, 2025. I went thru the drive-thru and ordered a reg. roast beef sandwich and and 2 potato cakes. I placed the bag on the passenger seat, next to me. When I got home, I picked up the bag and placed my hand on the bottom of the bag, only to find it was wet! But I did not order a drink so why would it be wet? That’s when I noticed there was grease on the seat, where the bag had been setting. When I got inside my house I took the food items out of the bag and took pictures. It looks like whoever filled my order, took the potato cakes directly out of the fryer and dumped them in the cardboard container they come in. They obviously weren’t allowed to drain, out of the fryer. Even my receipt was covered in grease because I had to look up the phone number of the restaurant so I could call the manager and let him or her know what had happened. I told her I wanted to text the pictures to her so she could see for herself. After. my phone conversation, I went out to my car, to clean up the grease that was on my car seat. Thank goodness it was a leather seat. I didn’t hear back about the pictures I sent, so I collected the grease covered items and drove back to Arby’s and presented them to the manager. She said she had just got done running a batch of potatoes thru the deep fryer and it was working just fine for her. She gave me a coupon for a free sandwich but I don’t think I will be back!

7:40 p.m. on a Saturday and they have the restrooms closed bad business laziness just so they could clean them early and have it done how to get my carry out and go somewhere else to use a restroom are you freaking kidding me

Employees were very cheerful and friendly. And service was surprisingly fast. Went thru drive thru, didn’t take very long at all. And there was at least 4 or 5 cars in front of me. Food was hot and looked fresh. Would recommend

Love Arby’s! I don’t understand, when going thru the drive thru. I can see McDonald’s drive thru. It’s packed but Arby’s there isn’t 1 car.. it’s just hard to believe that people prefer McDonald’s over Arby’s. Even I think mcdonald is just as pricey, maybe cheaper! IDK, weirdos! Lol .

Went to Arby’s about 3:15. Got two fish sandwiches that are my favorite…. As you can see in the photos it came out golden brown and they are so delicious. I will be coming back until they stop selling them…

Waited in drive through line for 10 minutes which is fine. Then I get told to wait in a parking spot and it will be out shortly. Took 20 minutes waiting before I had to go in and grab my order myself. All of that for them to get the sandwich wrong….

Went in there today 02/23/23 at around 10:30 pm. the staff was extremely rude smashed $50.00 worth of food in one bag even dropped a milk in the bag on top of everything. Said they had no fountain drinks at all. Heard them judging what we ordered through the window. Just completely disappointed.

Stopped to use the restroom, wasn’t bad. Cleanish, had a toilet, had a sink, soap and paper towels. As far as public restrooms goes it was one.

2 “large” fries right out the bag and this is what I get?!?!?!?! Are you FREAKING kidding me?!?!?!?! And the amount of cheese on this sandwich is ridiculous. I will NEVER come back to this Arbys EVER again!! What I waste. I think I’ll be disputing the charges with me bank seeing as this is complete FRAUD! I do not recommend this location at all!! Rude staff simply just to ask if there were straws in the bag since this was an online order. Freaking crazy to think this cost me 20 dollars! And don’t get me started on the half pound roast beef sandwich either.
