Decent Arby’s restaurant. The service was good. Only bad part, and maybe I just got a bad sandwich, but the chicken patty was overcooked and thin, like it was all breading and no meat. Everything else was fine.

I visited this Arby’s Wednesday, August 20th. Latoya was the most polite, pleasant, and professional person I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. She should be a manager! Plus the sandwiches were excellent! Kudos to the cook/preparer! We will be back to this location.

Came through at 1032 exactly to get my kids something to eat, my wife and me… didnt ring me out correctly so had to retell him what I ordered and he said he switched it for whatever reason. Get home to see was also missing one of the items I ordered I called at 1055 to let them know they said come back i get back waited 5 to 10mins to get to the window just for them to tell me its in the grease now. Its not 11:25 and im still waiting and the item was for my kid so now they are sleep and wife is pissed cause she had to split what we had cause they are well pass they bedtime on the count of us moving. This is beyond terrible!

I ordered the new cheesesteak, it wasn’t toasted with the garlic spread as advertised 1st disappointment then I realized it was only meat and cheese, no peppers and onions. 2nd disappointment. I paid close to $8 for this sandwich. Terrible!!!!
