Arby’s is a good place to eat, but not every Arby’s is treated equal. Always double check to make sure they have what you want cuz sometimes they don’t have enough fish for sliders. Still a great place though

My order was taken promptly. Food was served relatively fast. Everything looked and tasted good.

This location is the BEST – food is incredible (honestly you must try the burger, pulled pork, and cordon bleu – there’s so much meat and flavor) and staff is always friendly (they even gave my dog a cup of whipped cream!).

Is it really that hard to put 3 items in a bag?? Apparently the employees can’t do simple math here. Didn’t get some of my food. Barely any roast beef on my sandwich. You people are pathetic. Read the order and put the correct amount of items in that bag.

We stopped here to grab a late dinner after seeing a movie when we were in town visiting my parents. We used to come here pretty frequently growing up, but it’s definitely gone downhill.
There was no one in line when we got there. My dad knew what he wanted right away and ordered. We were still deciding so it took us about a minute before we were ready. There were a few people standing around still waiting for their orders.
I stood at the register waiting to order, but no one would take my order. My dad got his food before we could even order. Finally, after standing there for 15 minutes, someone finally asked if anyone had taken my order.
When I asked about how you could use coupons, I got two different answers. That finally got sorted out and we were able to place our order. While waiting for our order, they gave my husband the wrong size milkshake, so some other guy had to wait longer for his.
After being there for half an hour, we finally got our food and took it home to eat. My dad said the service is terrible every time he comes.
They didn’t do a great job with the order. My husband got the brisket sandwich and he said it was really dry and didn’t have the onion straws it was supposed to. I got the Arbynator which was made right. I probably wouldn’t get it again. I prefer just the roast beef. They were also quite stingy on the curly fries.
Arby’s is my favorite fast food restaurant, but I wouldn’t recommend coming here unless you’re okay with really bad service.

They consistently have been the fastest of the near by fast food places. I often place a mobile order when going on my lunch break, they normally have it ready on time. The food is decent & the employees are nice.

I like Arby’s but this one is run by an absentee owner, and probably no manager either. Dirty, dirty, dirty! If you can’t catch hepatitis here you can’t get it anywhere. I drove through in the past and got cold cheese sticks. I thought it was an off day, but nope. I went in today and saw what the problem is. They just throw the frier stuff on a cold ass baking sheet for who knows how long. (See pic). Kitchen floor is covered in food everywhere, dining room is gross, and the bathroom looks like an interstate gas station. I think they just leave the meat sitting out too. No slicing here. Just dump it out of a paper tray. I need to find out who does inspections for Solon. This is disgusting.

Love this location! 90% of the time they have what I want and the wait isn’t usually too long depending on staffing! My favs are the apple pecan salad WRAP and orange cream shake! (Both seasonal)

Food was hot and really good. The cashier was a pleasant young lady and efficient as well. The man picking up around the dining area greeted me warmly rather than just keep working and be silent.
Atmosphere can improve it seemed rather dark and drafty. It was very clean in the dining area, service area and restroom too.
Kind of a rare experience for a fast food place, I will return and I recommend this Arbys for quick lunch.
You can get a sandwich anywhere, if it’s not a friendly place people will not return. This place had the friendly attitude and the customers looked happy too.
Got a regular roast beef meal it was about $10
