My husband had to repeat our order 5 times. Not a difficult order. 3 regular Arby’s, 1 small potato cake, 1 small French fries, 2 small jamocha shakes. It was messed up. No French fries and 3 potato cakes. The food was cold. For $32 this is inexcusable.

After chipotle ran out of cheese, we drove across the street to Arby’s. Drive through staff was very nice, they had everything we ordered. So I must say it is managed better!

Decided to try there new burger… Was really dry, burnt and shriveled up. Asked for cooked to order fries, puts it in the computer and goes and gives me dry old burnt fries?!?!? “We got the Meats” should be rebranded “We got the dried meats”. This location definitely won’t be getting my services anymore after this visit.

Order was okay. Our drinks came (kids meals) came with all different sizes and the ones that should’ve been large weren’t. Our food was right, but all cold and I had to wait for it.

The manager talks to the employees like they are trash. He’s not very good at his job. I will never dine here again and listen him belittle these people. What I heard was toxic and abusive. Nobody should ever have to be managed in such a manner. Do better and get rid of that manager.
