Incredibly rude staff, wont be back. Came in to order for two offices for all staff who have come to work during these storms, ready to spend over $100. Asked to use the restroom and whatever gremlin you have in charge of customer service, that hates her job, told me I cant go to the bathroom unless I pay. I literally had an order for 12 people and needed to pee before I placed the order, she rolled her eyes and told me to get behind paying customers she doesnt have the time to unlock the bathroom. So I left and will never be back. Im sure your manager is thrilled that you just treated someone picking up food for all these people, like a bum off the streets. Maybe dont work in customer service if you have zero idea how to treat a customer.

This location is sometimes really good, sometimes not the best, but it’s fast food, what else would you expect? But also, it’s Arby’s so you’re better off than with Rally’s, that’s for sure. Still really miss the chicken salad, just sayin. Also, get yourself a jamocha shake

Poor Customer service, employee that put my order together, assessed the order and when I added input to assist in being sure it was completed and correct. The employee snapped at me with I know sir… Did not make eye contact with me also. I felt dismissed. Only to get home with my food to realize it was not exactly as I expected, no pickles, light on the meat I ordered a 1/4 lb sandwich and there were 3 pieces of meat no sauce packet. It also looked smashed, my fries and my wife’s were cold. I have had issues with this location before and I did not want to waste my time with the manager as it would have been mishandled.

The cashier went above and beyond. It was a very clean environment and the cashier who was at the register also was opening doors for every customer while it was slow. My daughter loved her meal. We were able to catch the happy hour before 5 p.m. today and i saved a nice amount of money. I grabbed the fish deluxe meal, a kids chicken nugget meal and then 3 sliders and snack size $1 shakes. It was worth every cent. Thank you Arby’s kamms corner staff!

1st time in 30 years I had gone there. I ordered 1 thing. Was horrified at the cold dollop of cheese food product on the cold roast beef whatever it was. I showed them & they weren’t interested then I said I want my money back (hadn’t taken a bite) and the manager made me another. I was disgusted & just accepted the newly made one. It was disappointing

Got the original roast beef sandwich with curly fries and a drink. Apple turnover for dessert. The turnover was excellent, lots of apple filling and nice and warm. Unfortunately both the fries and sandwich were only slightly warm and then went cold pretty fast

French fries were so old and cold!. My chicken sandwich bun was stale and the chicken was hard. My boyfriend’s steak/cheese sub had so much cheese it was inedible. $25.00 for 2 small fries and 2 sandwiches. To top it off we both became ill with stomach issues . I use to love Arby’s but its off my list now.
