Decided to try the new gobbler sandwich and on a whim got the mac n cheese bowl that has steak bites & crispy onions. I ate a couple bites of the mac and cheese and it wasn’t terrible. HOWEVER, I cut open one of the steak bites and now I am absolutely beyond repulsed. What even is that!!!! It doesn’t even look like meat and there was a weird jelly sludge. I really wish I had seen this before I had eaten a couple bites already. This is not steak and pretty sure it’s not even meat and I can only hope that whatever that is doesn’t make me sick. The sandwich sucks too. The turkey has a weird “bounce” to it. This is why I don’t eat at Arby’s usually. I should have known better.

Order on the app, they NEVER give you the sauce you ask for, and I only eat my sandwich with the sauce on it. Then when you get to the window, they throw the food out the window and slam it shut so fast without even saying a word so you can’t ask for it or if it’s there. I understand it’s a fast food job and it’s not the best pay in the world but the people on the other side of the window are people just like you. Maybe have some respect, or friendliness.

I’ve visited this location twice in the last few months and been extremely disappointed both times. The first time I ordered a gyro and when I got home I found that the pita bread was stale, dried out and quite inedible. Tonight I ordered an Italian Beef sandwich with extra giardiniera , for which I was charged extra. The sandwich had almost NO giardiniera, and what very little there was turned out to be all celery, no carrots and not one single pepper. In addition, they really skimped on the beef. If you go to this location and use the drive thru, make sure you inspect your purchase before you pull away, because they obviously couldn’t care less about the quality of what they sell you.

We went through the drive thru and ordered 3 of the $7.99 box meals and a regular roast beef sandwich. I had to go in and ask for a bag for each dinner box. I have no idea why a fast food place doesn’t automatically bag what you get. There were no napkins either! Thank God the cashier was polite enough to give me 3 individual bags! Hopefully Arby’s will take my suggestion into consideration and start bagging everything you order in the drive thru and also put napkins in there too!

Why is it that fast food places only hire complete idiots. Just reviewed Wendy’s because they gave me a fully loaded Single with everything on it when the receipt clearly says Single Ketchup Only. I then went to this Arby’s and Bourbon BBQ Rib Slider… AND GET A FREAKING CHICKEN SLIDER!!! Is everyone under age 25 stupid or just illiterate?
Interesting side note… Both places had the lights to the building and menu boards off… It had been dark outside for almost an hour…

Got a roast beef sandwich with a very burnt bun. Came back to the drive-thru for a replacement and had to wait 5 straight minutes for someone to take the order of the person ahead of me, only for them to give me another burnt sandwich. My brother also tagged along to order some fries and couldn’t even eat them because they tasted “old and unsalted” according to him.
