Just went up there to get a few gyros. A young man was at the window. And I asked him to hook me up with sauce, he was very respectful and gave me this, shout out to him. Great service

Fast food place. Twinsburg has a number and this is sort of hidden behind the Chipotle and dairy queen.
I have had very fast service when I have dinner in. The staff is very friendly. I was there one day someone was training. The others were really supportive and helpful for the new team member.
They have dr. Pepper and diet Dr. Pepper on fountain I rarely can’t find the diet version. Just me problems.

Stopped in real quick to get a sandwich and fries. When I ordered a curly fry, the young man said would you like a medium fry? I said OK make it a medium fry but when I get home, I barely had a small fry in the container and no nothing was in the bag spilt out. On top of it, I had to ask for my correct change back! Do better Arby’s do better!!

There are some fast-food joints that prop up the name they operate under, and this is one of them! Fast, accurate, and friendly; these guys have the trifecta and ain’t ashamed to wield ’em, neither! All while being surrounded by high performing competitors, too! If your Arby’s doesn’t have a contagiously positive attitude, then head to this one and let them show you where the standard should be set!

First time at an Arby’s. We were traveling from. VT to OH by car. So there was a lot of restaurant/fast food over 4 days. This Arby’s was great. Food was actually pretty decent. The service was great and the restaurant was extremely clean. Good job folks.

Why are there only 2 people working at 12pm? One lady was running the drive through and the counter, the other one on the line. The ladies were nothing but pleasant, but I left as I wasn’t going to have them do more. You lost one sale, not huge in the big picture, but do better for your staff.

The potato cakes are back — forever That’s what the sign on the window reads! There must have been enough people asking about the great tasting potato cakes, that Arby’s corporate noticed they made a mistake by discontinuing this selection. The food at the Twinsburg location is great and the employees handling the drive thru during the noon hour have great attitudes. They always ask if you need any sauces, before you drive away. The Arby’s near my house never does that. Wish the crispy fish sandwich was on the menu all year long, it tastes good.

I come here sometimes to get lunches on break from work. The workers are always nice and my order has never been wrong. Just doesn’t have the freshly made look or taste to it. The bathrooms are kinda grimey tho
