The person behind the counter must have given my order to someone else because she turned around, saw me still sitting there, and asked me if I got my beef & cheddar? I didn’t order plain roast beef sandwiches, well, she re-did my order & after I sat & waited some more, I finally got my food.

Came in just for a DoorDash and got exceptional service. There was a lady (I didn’t get to get her name but she had short curly hair and I think she was in training) that greeted me right away and a man named Dan who just had a great personality with every customer while I was there. I got to experience this without even placing an order, just coming in to pick up. It’s hard to find places with great customer service.

the one in Painesville doesn’t have a drive thru. that’s what makes it much more friendly and homy. Dan is a great manager and most of the staff is great and remember me by sight and even sound. great people.

I got their new Cheesteak sub this time. It was pretty good. Now remember it’s fast food Cheesesteak not authentic Cheesesteak. I also got their curly fries with Arby’s sauce and Orange Cream milkshake. I highly recommend those. The last 2 times I went to Arby’s before yesterday it wasn’t great. The one time I went the French Dip I had barely had any meat on it and the other time I got the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich and it was probably the worst sandwich Ive ever had in my life. It was the most expensive thing on the menu and the Sandwich I received was as flat as a pancake and was as dry as could be. Unfortunately I opened the sandwich at home and not at the restaurant. I would have for sure asked them to remake it if I was at the restaurant. I was highly disappointed which is not what I expect from Arby’s at all.

Online order. I arrived 4 minutes before the order was going to be ready. Greeted by someone at the counter. I said online. He said I’ll be right with you Mr Johnson. Served ahead of time and it was well prepared.
