The potato cakes look and tasted like they were refried. I also asked for horsey sauce and ranch and didnt get my ranch but got a cheddar cup? Why the heck was i giving a cheddar cup and not what i asked? And serving these potato cakes is ridiculous.

Just newly remodeled 11/2023. This location is nice and bright. We went inside to dine in and the employees are friendly and doing the best to make your wait as short as possible considering the current work climate where no one wants to work anymore.
The dine in lobby has been updated to remove the old style booths & replaced with modern high top table & bar stools. There are still some tables where the one side is a bench seat and chairs on the opposite. Seating was comfortable. A positive dining experience & I love that they accept multiple coupons on one order so I don’t have to play the “drive through loop game.”

Hit the drive thru still had to wait 5 minutes asked for no lettuce on my fish sandwich and they still put it on. Thank God it wasn’t a food allergy but just a preference. Kitchen staff failed to fallow simple request for no lettuce.

Excellent customer service from staff and the manager ( I don’t know her name ) I am assuming she’s the GM. She’s been there every time. Food always fresh hot. Great Job Macedonia Arbys! I’ve been there once a week past three weeks. Keep up doing a fantastic job!

Quick and fast service which is good but sometimes they can forget somethings, like they forgot our cheese cup :c A lot of whipped cream on the shakes and they’re very thick! The Gyro was really good with a lot of sauce, but not too much! I could still eat it in the car on the way back home with a few of the complimentary napkins at hand!

Got cheated on my food. Only got one half pound sandwich even though one was supposed to be a meal. So I paid for two half pounds and got one, paid for 1 double, and got 2. I live in Cleveland, and that’s too far to travel back and burn more gas than it is worth. So I have been burnt twice by Arby’s, and I’ll gladly say it’s the last time as long as I may live. This is the worst place yo get satisfactory food and service. I never expected excellent, but dang, man, at least try.

The people here were so nice. It was late as hell and they were like “it’s gonna be five minutes” and it was two. The food was fresh, the employees were incredibly nice, they gave me Arby’s sauce without asking, it was a good meal.

Great to find a fast food place with an open dining room! Drive through was backed up but fast, friendly counter service. Food was ready before we finished getting our drinks. Only complaint is that they have not reopened the self serve condiment bar. (That’s why I didn’t give 5 stars. Would have liked to do 4.5 stats instead of 4.)
