Quite a late review, this was a little while back
I rarely eat Arbys, but when I have, the food was, ok, not the worst thing ever. A while ago in my school, I got a coupon for a kids meal. “Ok,” I thought, “a free meal!” “This will surely be alright.” I got a Beef and Cheddar meal, and……
THIS. THIS IS WHAT I GOT. The sandwich came looking like that. Really, REALLY?THIS is super disappointing for a meal that serves as a reward for hard working students. THAT THING? The top bun was sloppily placed onto the sandwich, which was super small, smaller than I thought it would be. I don’t know what is worse; a teenager getting a KIDS MEAL reward or the little care put into said ‘reward’. Why, why, Why, WHYYYYYY.
While this is obviously exaggerated, I am genuinely disappointed. The curly fries, a SIDE, filled me up more than the sandwich.
I sincerely hope that I don’t experience another order like this… again.

Rushing and missing 2 items…then get home and both burgers are still 90% PINK. Im surprised it didnt walk away honestly. I called and they said they cook to “pink” . Im not sure what that means…but these burgers are trash…never again. Nope …

I had two large dinner orders and the staff was super attentive to the details of both orders. Everything was accurate, hot, and quick. I placed the orders through the drive through and mytotal wait time from start to finish was less than 8 minutes. Highly recommend.

We live nearby but rarely get fast food. My daughter had a doctor’s appointment out of town today, and by the time we got back we were all hungry so we stopped.. but I almost wish we hadn’t. $41 later for 2 adults and 2 kids, and they forgot most of our food! We had to go back in twice to get the rest of our stuff, the receipt was snatched out of my hand and the lady had a huge attitude with me. Slammed the cup down on the table when I told her theyd forgotten my drink that went with my meal. I mean, we paid a dollar for a cup of cheese, I want all that I paid my hard earned money for! Thanks for helping me prove to my husband the reason that I’d rather eat at home. Expensive and flat out rude.. OH and to take the cake, there was hair in my sandwich!!!

Pulled up 7pm Saturday. Serving one car at at time. Tara was on the box, ray of sunshine. Hardly, she was short and curt. Pulled to the window, zero customer service, could have been a pissed off robot. Order was wrong, but otherwise delicious.

My Super sandwich was cold in the middle, had a soggy who knows how old tomato slice, a few pieces of slimey lettuce shreds but was $6 by itself.The food was as expensive as a sit down resturant. The fries were soggy and cold. The incorrect sauce was in the bag. No napkins. I used to visit Arby’s a few times a month, now I check in a few times a year to see if they are ever going to fix anything. Sadly not too many places besides Arby’s do roast beef.

So I was hoping the reviews weren’t true. I sat contemplating for awhile whether or not to gamble going here. I ordered the Crispy Chicken sandwich meal with curly fries, and a sprite. I was expecting one thing to be wrong if something was to go wrong. The Crispy Chicken Sandwich is “A crispy, juicy chicken breast topped with shredded lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on a toasted buttery brioche bun.” There was no tomato, the sandwich looked like it was sat on, and it was cold. The fries were okay for the top portion but towards the bottom, they were old and stale. The sprite was definitely not sprite. It tasted like tonic water, so not sure what i actually got. Definitely wasted $11.55. It’ll be a gamble if you decide to come here.

I asked for the biggest chicken sandwich and they gave a small cold thin peace of chicken patty the end of a small tomato and 2 pieces of onion the fry’s were cold and the drink was watered down for the lemonade for $12. Rip off called them several. Times never answered They have a bunch of kids that don’t give a crap Disgusted!!

I was visiting the USA for 2 weeks from South Africa and Arby’s quickly became a favourite. The 5 meat sandwich was great but a little on the pricey side compared to the average fast food in the USA – definitely a good burger nonetheless. I will return to the USA and will continue to get my dose of curly fries from the menu

General fast food place. It was clean and the employees were nice. My daughter loves the classic roast beef so we buy her one once in a while for a treat when we are out. I do like that they offer more condiments than most. They even have honey mustard for your fries.
