Fast service. Food was fresh prepared and hot. Tried the fish strips and they were great. The Cashier was courteous and polite. Restaurant was clean inside and out. Landscaping looked great. First time here and will be back.

I came to this establishment for my grandmother and got treated with little to no manners from the employees. In the middle of me ordering I was cut off and told the total and told to pull forward. After waiting for an unreasonable amount of time we got to the window. The worker was shoving stuff into my hands to where my hands were being pushed back at me. After pulling away from the window I look in the bag and the cheese cup has no lid on it. Not only that but I received 2 napkins that already had cheese on them. I do not recommend this place to anybody.

I went on November 18th at 4:45 p.m. I should have known listening to the person on the headset that my order was going to be wrong. Was very disrespectful. Had no interest in customer service. When I asked for a sandwich they gave me the steak nuggets. I asked for Dr. Pepper. He gave me root beer. No part of my order was correct. If you don’t like your job and you can’t do it, here’s a suggestion. Take 2 weeks off and then quit.

Its an Arby’s… unfortunately you only get what you get. It truly depends on the staff. I find when you go to an arby’s in a rural area, you’ll get much better service then, when you are in a larger city. County kids just seem to be better at everything.

Suuuuuper slow drive through. I ordered a potato cake, waited for 5 mins just to order at the window. Waited behind the car at the window 2 mins, waited at the window before she even came to it with all her face piercings for another 3 mins, now i am waiting out back. Completely unacceptable.

I really thought the wait here would be a long one. It’s an area that is inundated with shoppers and travelers. This wasn’t the case. The drive through was very busy so we went inside. They were either heavily staffed in the back, or the staff they have are good. The drive through was moving well and inside our order was received fast, fresh, hot and accurate. Clean inside and outside alike. Employees were pleasant and respectful. 2 thumbs up.

Why can’t you teach your employees to get orders correct? The receipt is attached to the bag, take 3 seconds to make sure everything is inside and seal it!
The sandwiches are thrown together like a million people are in line. Why even bother wrapping it, never fully wrapped. Causes everything to get cold.
They never give you sauces for whatever reason. Its right there, put it in the bag. Again, teach your employees better!
It’s fast food…don’t expect anything great, usually dry, no sauce or cheese on the sandwich or it’s half off. Quality anymore has gone out the window.
You get everything, look in the bag and surprise…they didn’t give you most your order. But they did take time to attach a receipt and try to seal it.

Got there at 9:10, they close the dining room at 10:00. I ordered a chicken bacon sandwich. It wasn’t even warm. It was cold. The cheese didn’t melt. My piece if chicken was tiny. Our fries were old and gross. I showed the girl who was busy getting ready to close the store 1/2 hour early. She said “sorry” and walked away. We threw our food out and left. Went to Wendy’s. Would have asked for our money back, but everyone was so busy getting ready to close the store early that they didn’t notice us standing at the counter. Neat.

Had the 10 dollor box the peach cobbler is terrible looks like an egg roll better a turnover . Think the 7 $ box would of been sufficient for the price.
