I have only visited three times since the remodel but I have had awesome experiences with the staff both at the drive thru and inside. Super friendly and pleasant. The order was accurate and exactly what I expected.
I don’t understand the negative reviews. If anyone wants to experience poor attitude and poor quality food they should go to the other fast food joint on the other side of Rt 20.

Drive thru was slow but somehow they forgot our medium curly fry. It was on the receipt in the bag. Already expensive and can’t even put all my food in the bag.

Had the good burger too burger. It was so gourmet and delicious. I can’t say the same for the crinkle cuts but they’ve never been for me. Anyways. I had to wait for the burger but worth it. I just wish they would have gave me some Arby’s sauce and a straw for the shake

I had iffy experiences before they reopened. This time I took an elderly disabled widow who never gets out for a treat. they took our order…. Incomplete- I work 72 hours a week so I just accepted it- the lady at the drive through gave me attitude when I asked about sauces saying she already put stuff in there. Cool, but you didn’t ask or give me a chance to order. We aren’t paying 30 bucks for YOU to decide what YOU like. We left it alone. Some sort of gross berry jam sauce? We threw it away. Anyway, I didn’t have our $30 order in hand before she let go almost sending it flying after it hit my car door. No one was behind us so they weren’t busy. Foods always good… service, still no.

We walked into the store, we were not greeted by the front counter cashier who was busy messing with doordash orders. We stood there for 5 minutes before the drive thru person finally told us that someone would be with us shortly. This is very disappointing, Arby’s is one of our favorite places to get a quick bite to eat but this experience has me doubting another visit to this location. We left without ordering food
