It took forever to receive my chicken sandwich and fries. They were slow and what made matters worse is that the food was clearly not hot and fresh upon receiving. The bathroom was also dirty and someone had stuffed paper in the urinal. It seems that only 2 people may have been working that day, however there were no apologies for the wait.

My fiance and I made an online order, coming through the drive-thru the manager reluctantly had to tell us she was not able to complete our order for circumstances out of her control. The manager was very apologetic and took care of us in an extremely professional manner the food was amazing and even though things don’t always go right customer service like this is what makes customers keep coming back.

The new brisket sandwich with crinkle fries is delicious. know where you get brisket shaved so finely. Service was quick. Staff was friendly. SMOKE HOUSE BRISKET DELICIOUS.

I love the food its nice and yummy, however it’s messy and I didn’t receive any napkins after I took a huge bite in my car I was driving no time to go back through the drive thru and wait for something ai should have been provided. 🙁

Worst location ever! Ordered food, no curly fries, no shakes! Ordered arbys, ketchup and horsey sauce. Pay for order they hand us food and then tell us they don’t have sauce! Waste of our money as no one eats it without sauces! Will not go back. Also our sandwiches were beyond messy and no napkins given after we asked twice and told they were in the bag. Hardly No cheese on our chicken slider if u even call it that! Thankfully I had a plate in the car due to traveling so my daughter could try to eat some of her food with no sauces as we don’t eat red ranch.
