My friend and uncle ate here because I had coupons and it was the closest Arbys. I took the bag of fries back up because they were too salty. When they brought me back my fries (salt free) the gentleman even gave me a large for “for my inconvenience) he said! That was nice. I have high blood pressure and knee they were too salty! Very nice people there!

Walked in and ordered to go. Tried to use a coupon that expired but was not allowed. This would have been fine however, after leaving I learned I had the same coupon with the same code in my car only with a different non expired date. Also, the sandwiches was slapped together and messy. This was a big deal since I was not provided napkins!! What the heck.

Had an amazing meal from here tonight and had to share it here. Roast beef sandwich was made perfect, chicken tenders were not over fried like other locations I’ve had & even the strawberry lemonade was amazing. Great Job!! I will be back!!

I went into my neighborhood Arby’s to get a couple of half Pounders with cheese for me and my son and they were so good. And the fries were just absolutely delicious. I hadn’t eaten Arby’s in over a year and it just hit the spot. I don’t eat fast food too often, but when I do Arby’s is one of them that I will eat.

Was a nice looking restaurant but that’s about as far as it goes. The cashier was impatient and my sandwich meat was still cold and I ate in the restaurant. But the chocolate shake was good though I can’t lie. 3/10 You can do better just gotta actually try.

Every time I come here I end up spending at least 15-17 minutes in the drive thru waiting for my food. Generally ordering is quick, but if there is anyone in front of me there is a long wait to get your food. I usually take half my lunch just waiting in line to get it. Last time there was only 2 people in front of me. The staff is generally very friendly but they need to be more organized and ready for service when they open.

Definitely one of the worse experiences I’ve had. I placed an order for two beef and cheddars on my app, picked them up and everything with no issues. The gentleman at the window was super sweet. When I returned to my hotel, I realized my sandwiches were super burnt and they were both missing the cheddar. I’m not one to normally complain, especially when they are busy. Well, there was absolutely no one in line when I picked them up. It’s as if they sat in the window just cooking for an hour or so. I tried to give them a call twice, no answer either time so I drove up there to find no one there again. Told them about the issue and pretty much got blown off, they took the old food back through the window. (When I used to work at Arby’s they had a strict Policy on not taking food back through the window.) She had me pull off to the side and that was that. Overall just disappointed with how it was handled. I understand forgetting things when it’s busy but they were absolutely dead.
