I haven’t had any issues with this location. I’ve been here several times and my food was hot, tasted good, and didn’t take long to receive. The prices are kind of high though.

Food was made incorrectly and was cold. Girl working the drive- thru was extremely rude from ordering, taking payment and handing food out. I understand the work force issues that exist, but I can promise we will never come back to this location again. Management/Ownership clearly aware of the issues looking at all of the negative feedbacks.

This is the 3rd time I have been here since I moved to Port Clinton. I tried to buy lunch to take it to the park and be able to eat at outside. Instead, I had to go home to heat it. 3rd time, cold food, they serve you stuff that has been sitting out forever . Who can eat cold French fries? Very disappointed.

Ordered through Doordash very disappointing my chicken bacon Swiss was stone cold not fresh and hot as it should be also my girlfriend had a turkey wrap the tortilla was hard not fresh at all and I did not receive my medium Dr pepper. If you are wanting to keep people coming back I suggest hiring people that care to make quality food. NOT HAPPY OR RETURNING.

The food is usually always good. Since ownership has changed customer service has went way down. Visited today and they now put a limit on how many coupons you can use per visit. It is not printed on the coupons themselves or a sign addressing that only 2 coupons can be used at a time. Please put a sign up if you are not going to abide by Arby’s corporate rules and make up your own!
