I ordered a half pound Beef & Cheddar and it came with barely any cheese. It didn’t look or taste like a true half pounder either. On top of that, the drive-thru intercom is awful — you can hardly hear the person taking the order. Prices keep going up while portions and service keep getting worse. Won’t be back until this location fixes its quality and staff issues.

I was happy to see fish was available again but was greatly disappointed by lack of freshness of both the fish and the potato cakes. I frequent several Arbys and usually have good fresh food but today was really bad and I may need to avoid this location in the future. I could not even eat the potato cakes. They are so good fresh but not good at all once they sit a while. I always worry about food quality when I visit at non peak times.

Waited over 15 minutes in drive through for one sandwich. No fries, no drink. Just a slow and painful wait for what used to be known as fast food. Won’t come back to this location again! After a total of 20 minutes waiting they handed over a cold sandwich. Pretty stellar location!!!

September 16,2021 around 3:00 pm Me and my mother went to this location and the drive thru staff were terrible, they have no manners in speaking very short patient and the food was not good little pieces of meat on each sandwich small chicken strip for a slider I’ve never had a slider that looked like that out of all the Arby’s I’ve went to this location franchise needs improvement, staff on their phones, gossiping and not paying attention to what they are really supposed to be doing at work. The mocha shake was like liquid I asked for them to take it back woman said she couldn’t take it back and told us mocha and chocolate shakes are more liquid like but vanilla is more thicker also my mother ordered a Reuben and it has no soursourkraut I’ve never had a shake like today it has always been nice and thick and gooood! I would give this review no stars because they don’t deserve it, crazy to think they are in a nice area but bad quality food . When you are the working in retail/food service s it’s important to communicate with co workers and customers.. Also proper manners when speaking to customers and food should be in great quality that lets people know that the manager isn’t doing well teaching and guiding his/her team right.

A bunch of young men playing around. Can’t do their job decently because they don’t take anything serious. They will be laughing on the mic, wasting customers time, n stead of taking orders. When you finally get around to the window you will be waiting even with no other customers because again they are playing. Try to go inside and the doors will be locked during normal business hours. Why? Again so they can goof off. Now I see why no one is ever there. The service is terrible.

Raw fries, watered down pops, missing toppings, missing food, wrong orders. The most horrible customer service. They cant make a single sandwhich right. They have no idea what they’re making. Toppings are always wrong. They cant get an order right. Im always missing something. Food is either burnt or raw. Order a large and you get a medium. Fries are always raw. Pops arent mixed right and watery. I got a chicken tender inbetween two buns instead of a chicken sandwich.Your sandwich is always going to be missing something whether its cheese, lettuce, bacon, sauce or all of the above. Then when you tell them they got something wrong they are extremely defensive, condescending and just overall rude about it. This place needs an audit and a visit from the health department.

Lady who worked the window was nice. Tonight after work I received what might’ve been the most raw undercooked watery roast beef sandwich I have ever had, along with the fact I ordered a coke and instead got some sparkling water drink. Coke was in receipt by the way. Don’t go here!

Got left sitting at the drive thru for almost 10 minutes after no one answered only to be left with a “I’ll be with you in a moment” and then radio silence, forced to go inside to order and we’re still ignored as they barely looked busy.

Small Arby’s in a strip of stores. Food was a little slow to come out but it was correct and tasted good.
