Went to Arby’s for dinner tonight. Had to get chicken as they had not started whatever they do to get roast beef ready. They said it would be half a hour before it would be ready. Confused about how this could even be happening. Got an order of Mac and cheese. It was good but the container was not even half full. The picture on the menu is completely full. Maybe they ran out of this item so I got what was left.

Came through drive thru today 01/28/2025 around 12:30 in the afternoon. I know it’s lunch time but this was unacceptable if I had time to go back I would have. This is my buffalo chicken slider. I got 3. They were all the same. Absolutely NO sauce and SO HARD I couldn’t eat them. I mean HARD! Had to be sitting out all day. Awful and I have no lunch. Do better!!

If I could give zero stars I would. We went through the drive through and the girl taking our order was rude as can be. We proceeded to get to the window where you could hear and see the girl taking the drive through orders getting extremely rude with the car behind us. Following that they went to fill up our 2 medium cokes which is supposed to be brown but was completely white due to the machine being out of service. When being asked if there was something wrong with it the girl proceeded to say “Ya I think so” in which I replied “and you were still going to serve that to us?” Then she stated “Well ya”. In our order we had the steak bites which were served to us RAW! Don’t recommend this Arby’s to anyone.

We often have a quick lunch here. Besides sandwiches, they also have wraps which are the right size for a small appetite. The turnovers are a nice treat.
Our only negative is the sticky floor. I’m not sure what is used to clean it, but it leaves a sticky film.

Horrible customer service went thru the drive thru to pick up a mobile order at 11:45pm worker wasnt even gona give me my drinks, when I was asked if I needed any sauces I said several packets of arbys sauce he threw 1, ONE, SINGULAR packet of sauce in my bag. So when I got his attention again about my drinks I told him what I had which was suppose to be a large coke and 2 large lemonades I get handed 1 small lemonade, 1 medium lemonade, and 1 large coke…so I called to speak to a manger after leaving which I had to call 2x for someone to answer the phone I asked nicely to speak to a manager they proceeded to tell me they were so I asked their name an they told me so I asked if he was the one who was just working the drive thru he pauses for a moment an says ugh yea why so I highly doubt he was a manager but this is very unprofessional.

Three years ago , I embarked on a new chapter in my life by moving to the USA! One of the very first things I tried was Arby’s, and let me tell you, it was love at first bite. Since then, it’s become my absolute favorite restaurant to dine at. The delicious roast beef sandwiches, curly fries, and that irresistible Arby’s sauce… oh, it’s just heavenly! Not only do I enjoy dining in, but I even bought Arby’s sauce to enjoy at home! Huge shoutout to my amazing friends who gifted me Arby’s gift cards for my birthday. Your generosity knows no bounds, and you’ve truly made my Arby’s addiction even more delightful. Here’s to many more years of enjoying mouthwatering meals at my beloved Arby’s.

Not sure Arby’s is going to do well with new products (sweet potato waffle fries) as long as this location is representative of them. To burn deep fried foods, one must literally ignore the incessant beeping from the timer. But fear not, because the staff here have mastered the skill!
Update***** Reduced to one star. Arby’s, you do not need to collect personal information to “make it right.” We have receipts with an order ID. Perhaps your lack of customer service and lack of caring, has you losing a greater market share each year? Soon, Arby’s will be nothing more than a memory.
